房间宽敞干净,床也很舒服。早餐不错。洗发水快用完了,虽然高速公路的噪音不大,但清晨还是能听到一些。
工作人员非常棒。电视出了点小问题,但总的来说非常出色,我还会再来入住的。有热水浴缸真是额外的加分项。
精彩的家庭周末!酒店已经全面翻新。舒适的床铺、超棒的躺椅/沙发组合、一尘不染,泳池和热水浴缸也棒极了。酒店的早餐(免费)是我吃过最好的酒店早餐。负责早餐的那位和蔼的女士竟然用平底锅煎香肠!我们这次来是为了庆祝家人的生日。酒店前台的工作人员(所有人都)布置好了早餐区,帮我们一起享用晚餐(红龙虾外卖)。他们甚至还给我们拿来了微波炉。我们和他们一起分享了生日蛋糕。第二天早上吃早餐时,他们又送来了贺卡和给我侄子的礼物袋。他们的贴心举动让我们惊喜不已。选择这家酒店绝对不会错。

饭店新房间大服务亲切
房间宽敞,装修精美,设施齐全。最重要的是,干净!值班的前台工作人员特别热情,帮助我们接待了一位残障人士,还给我们拿了沙发床的毯子。我们去取车时,一位管理员还热情地伸出了手臂,扶着我们的朋友。真是太好了。
房间还不错。我唯一担心的是淋浴间清洁得不太好。淋浴间里有头发和一块不属于我的肥皂。另外,他们应该更好地沟通,告知您入住期间不会打扫房间,我想这需要您提出要求。除此之外,住宿体验还不错,工作人员也很友好。
我会给2星(满分5星),非常不达标。房间很干净(116室),大堂早餐区的第一个房间,但空调太吵了,而且看起来非常陈旧,不得不把它关掉一整晚。整个一楼走廊都弥漫着潮湿发霉的气味,走廊里整晚都有落地扇,可能是被水淹了。
我们入住期间,他们没有来打扫房间。泳池和热水浴缸都很不错,但墙壁和天花板都快塌了,门也坏了。我不得不等了15分钟才退房,因为没人来前台。我们住的房间是无障碍设施,淋浴水漫了整个浴室。
糟糕的住宿体验
真是糟糕透了。虽然我看过很多好评,但这次住宿体验非常糟糕。热水浴缸不热,电视坏了,而且早餐食品也卖光了。这到底是怎么回事?我再也不住这里了。
