Room was very clean and spacious. Had 4 guests including 2 children. Was more than enough room to be very comfortable. Breakfast was very well maintained also

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Big shout out to staff member Sheena Ranson. I called, 2 days in a row, with questions and requests and she went above and beyond. Always friendly even when we arrived. Shes great with guests. Hotel very clean and updated. We will stay there again

The rooms are severely lacking in cleanliness and amenities. The first round we checked into both beds have been slept in with hair between the sheets and on top of the bed. The floor had not been swept with leaves and dirt all over the carpet. We asked for another room and the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and apologetic the next room we checked also had hair on the bed. Finally the third room was clean enough but we didn't notice until the morning there were no towels and no toiletries beyond a single bar of soap by the sink. Each time there was someone else at the front desk also asking for assistance and in the morning other guests were expressing their frustrations with the challenges of their own rooms.
The staff we interacted with were very polite and apologetic and accommodating but clearly the standards for cleanliness upkeep at the hotel are lacking.

We are having a little difficulty locating the reservation and I am wondering if there was some sort of glitch in the ******* system and this review was possibly for another hotel. Between not finding your reservation and a few details that do not match our hotel such as a bar of soap at the sink, we wonder if you were thinking of another hotel. We do not have bar soap in our hotel and use pump bottles secured to the wall by the sink and inside the shower. Regardless of the location, we are sorry for the experience and hope you will continue to visit IHG hotels as I am sure this was an exception.

Bed was comfortable, pillows a little wonky. Breakfast was good. Disappointed fitness room closed. Biggest issues in room were bathroom door wouldn’t latch so we had to put shoes in front of door to keep it closed and the bathroom sink took about 20 minutes to drain.

We arrived and it took a decent amount of time for someone to greet us. The smell in the entire facility reminded me of an old mop…musty, mildew, just dampness. Our room had a section of linoleum at the door…it was noticeably dirty. The pool’s main entrance was very loose and would not have been safe to use if necessary. The breakfast was great each time, which was just about the only redeeming quality.

Nighttime washing machine lullaby
The hotel was nice and clean upon arrival to the front desk. We were on the first floor and next to the laundry room. There was a sign for hours of noise control to stop by 8pm but the laundry was running and shaking my room walls until 955pm when I called the front desk. We wanted to sleep in the next day, however we could not because the laundry started early the next morning waking us up. Breakfast was decent. I wish they had a waffle maker vs pancakes. Maybe a fruit parfait or something.
