Bed was comfortable, pillows a little wonky. Breakfast was good. Disappointed fitness room closed. Biggest issues in room were bathroom door wouldn’t latch so we had to put shoes in front of door to keep it closed and the bathroom sink took about 20 minutes to drain.

We arrived and it took a decent amount of time for someone to greet us. The smell in the entire facility reminded me of an old mop…musty, mildew, just dampness. Our room had a section of linoleum at the door…it was noticeably dirty. The pool’s main entrance was very loose and would not have been safe to use if necessary. The breakfast was great each time, which was just about the only redeeming quality.

Nighttime washing machine lullaby
The hotel was nice and clean upon arrival to the front desk. We were on the first floor and next to the laundry room. There was a sign for hours of noise control to stop by 8pm but the laundry was running and shaking my room walls until 955pm when I called the front desk. We wanted to sleep in the next day, however we could not because the laundry started early the next morning waking us up. Breakfast was decent. I wish they had a waffle maker vs pancakes. Maybe a fruit parfait or something.

Hotel was ok, have seen a lot better. This one needs to TLC. Our door would only latch closed if you pulls with both hands and leaned. The beds both had at least 1 deep body sinkhole from being worn out. I mean deeep sunken in. Other than that, the breakfast was expected less the cinnamon rolls (which were also out).. just needs some TLC, its not nasty or stinky, no bugs. Just needs some love. Besides there is nowhere else to stay near there anyway. So you kinda have no other choices.

It was a peaceful stay. The bed was so comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was absolute amazing!

The AC never got the room cooled down, the pool was SO cold so that helped! The Dove hair and body care items were a plus!

酒店回复: Thank you for your recent feedback about your stay. Souther Indiana in the summer can be rough especially with temperatures with a heat index of 105 degrees like we are experiencing now. With this humidity, it is super difficult for PTAC units to keep up and provide the same cool air as a central system would. I bet 84 degrees in the pool did feel like a relief from these temps!! We appreciate your understanding and that you otherwise enjoyed your stay. We hope you will stay with us again in the future.

The attendant was very good when we checked in but we had to wait because they weren't at the desk. The room was clean but antiquated.

I always stay at Holiday Inn Express and they never have dissapointed me. The lady who does the breakfast area was the nicest person I have ever encountered! That lady needs a raise or some sort of acknowledgement for sure! She was lovely to talk with! Rooms as always were clean,tempersture was comfortable and cool after a long summer day,showers clean and stocked with lovely dove soaps,lotions and shampoo/conditioner.A lot of good tv channels as well.Staff is always nice and courteous.
