The staff at check-in was not friendly. Not what I've come to expect at Hilton. The room was great. The shower didn't drain but we let the staff know. Overall it was a good experience.

Hotel and staff were excellent. The property was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the area. Although ******* made multiple mistakes with my reservation, the hotel team went above and beyond to resolve them. Five-star experience!

We stay here because it's the halfway point for our trips to and from Atlanta. Rooms are comfy and clean, staff is friendly, and of course there's the cookies at check-in. They also allowed us to check in a couple hours early this last stay and that was really appreciated.

Bathroom lighting was terrible. Soaps and shampoo bottles were empty. Trash bags were not opened in their bins.

Only thing I hated was the overly strong air freshener in the lobby entrance. Way too small of an area for that much. Instant headache which sucks!

Hilton downer!
The room was dirty, the floor was carpet but in some areas it was sticky? Has to wear shoes the entire time. The mini fridge was broken and lost all the food we put in it, not expensive stuff but leftovers we were looking forward to eating. The pool was a bit dirty, floor cracking and the windows looked as if they haven’t been cleaned since the place was built. The whirlpool had foam floating in it. Overall thumbs down except for the kind employers,
Attn MGT! Clean up this place for the employees who work there they deserve it!
房间里灰尘很多，淋浴间的洗手液瓶里没有肥皂，淋浴间里还留着别人用过的肥皂瓶。当我把这件事告诉前台接待员时，她只说了句“对不起”！
我们入住时，服务员态度很差，到了房间后发现床上有臭虫的迹象，于是我们立刻离开房间，去前台换了一间。我们告诉服务员后，她并没有表现出惊讶，前台的另一位女士也假装其他房间也有臭虫。隔壁的房间没有臭虫，但也不是我所期望的双树酒店最干净的。我们整晚都睡不着，因为心里一直担心臭虫，房间里的风扇/暖气整晚都发出很大的轰隆声。
如果我们的房间可以退款，我们早就走了。
