ONE THING WE LIKE IT ON THIS HOTEL WAS IT WAS CONVENIENT TO THE FAIRGROUND, BUT EVERYTIME WE STAY THERE WAS ISSUE ON THE ROOM, MOSTLY ON THE BATHROOM, EITHER THE TUB WON'T DRAIN OR THE SHOWER HEAD SUCKS, THERE'S MORE COMING OUT ON THE TUB FAUCET THAN THE SHOWER HEAD. HOPE THERE WILL BE ONE TIME IF WE STAY THERE AGAIN THAT BOTH ARE WORKING.

The room was infested with piles of bugs! I’ve never seen a hotel with piles upon piles of bugs that look like cockroaches all along the baseboards of the whole room and bathroom. We were there two hours mostly at pool with kids so when we noticed the bugs we left and asked for a full refund and was denied. Totally gross place to stay. Never again.

It was very good, my room was clean, there was cups for the coffee and plastic glasses for water. The staff was excellent.
The bed was very comfortable and cozy.

People in the breakfast area with no shoes. Won’t be back.

The mattress was uncomfortable and the shower was just warm not hot. The breakfast was okay but the waffles were not available during our stay.

We really like this hotel! We were very disappointed when we called the help deck and they said they were full. Luckily we checked with ******* and they said there was a room available. After discussion with the front desk they said the help desk was steering business away from them. You should sue the help desk for steering. They are literally steering business from there own company.
