我们到酒店时，里面正在进行大规模施工，但没有人提前告知。也没有人为此道歉，或者对造成的混乱和打扰表示歉意。一度，施工产生的震动导致床都完全晃动起来。接着，马桶堵了。我们打电话到前台，他们说没有维修人员值班，但给我送来了一个搋子……即使堵塞清除了，马桶也冲不干净。我最终亲自去了前台，询问接下来该怎么办。前台的女孩说她可以请隔壁酒店的维修人员过来，或者我们可以换房间。我说如果他能尽快过来，我们就继续住这个房间。维修人员来了之后修好了马桶，之后就没有再出现问题。最后，孩子们非常兴奋地想去游泳，但热水浴缸是空的。游泳池的水太冷了，孩子们进去几分钟就受不了了，不仅水冷，氯气含量也高到只是待在房间里都辣眼睛。早上我们吃的早餐足够饱，但还是受到了大堂施工的影响。假日酒店快捷套房（Holiday Inn Express）本身不差，如果一切正常的话可能会更好，但我们这次入住的体验却不尽如人意。

Was a wonderful stay! Breakfast was excellent! The hot chocolate bar and fresh fruit were a great option in the lobby. Room was clean, staff were friendly.

I sleep vary badly in motels but in this one i was very comfortable, a rarity for me. Beds extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was better than the average motel. Multiple meats to choose from.
Would definitely stay again if in the area.

During our stay over Labor Day weekend, there was construction noise starting at 8 am, Monday morning. If you have rooms under construction, don't book surrounding rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Fargo-West Acres! The room was just the right size to comfortably accommodate our family for the night, breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options, and the pool was well maintained and not too busy in the morning.

The lobby was under construction. It was extremely noisy, dirty, dusty. I would have appreciated being notified that this was taking place.
Also the staff working the breakfast area were VERY LOUD when standing around making coffee and talking.
Breakfast wasn't very enjoyable with the loud employees and construction tools running. Also the vestibule was painted so it all smelled like paint.
Lastly, the pool area was dark and dingy both in and out of the pool. Definitely not an attraction.

The room had torn wallpaper in the bathroom and when the housekeeping staff scrubs the floor the bathtub has a line of dirt on the tub. Total lack of complete cleanliness is unacceptable.
