Staff was very friendly. Pool and gym were very clean. Breakfast is good enough for what I expected. The room we were given had an odor that we couldn’t quite figure out and it was noticeable when we first walked in. I attributed it to the age of the hotel be it water damage or what not. Overall a good hotel.

Room was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mexican restaurant was right across the parking lot. We walked and the food was delicious. Lots of shops very close. Excellent location.

Hotel was great. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were horrible. They were so soft they basically smashed down to nothing as soon as you laid your head down.

Clean and comfortable stay. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was convenient and pretty decent. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the room smelled fairly dingy. It was poorly lit as well. Could use an update for aure

My room was infested with ants. I shared with desk attendant. Did not appear concerned and did not offer a suggestion or solution.
Very noisy, guest above my room was very noisy. Banging and stomping.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. They are in process of painting outside. However, the rooms need a deep cleaning. It smelled very musty in our room.

Room floor was so sticky that it literally pulled my sock off my foot. The shower head didn't work as advertised.

The Hampton Inn was a very nice and clean hotel to stay in. It was very close to shopping center and a walmart

At check-in we had to wait on the receptionist to finish smoking a cigarette before she came in.
The hotel is in need of a remodel.
At breakfast they kept running out of food. We won’t be staying here again!
