Our rooms were last renovated in 2019, and we strive to maintain them to a high standard.Upon your request to depart early, our team explained the 72-hour cancellation policy and offered a courtesy exception—allowing you to cancel the rest of your stay with only a one-night charge. We’d like to clarify that this was not required, but extended as a goodwill gesture. You were in the room for over two hours before choosing to check out.We always encourage guests to review room details and photos prior to booking, but we also understand preferences can vary.
