Excellent service. Very friendly staff that was helpful with suggestions as to where to go. Also, they printed out a map for me to helmet to the airport. The pool was clean and refreshing-used it everyday!

Staff was great. The hotel itself was old, seemed like they just tried to fix the rooms half way. The outside was covered with cockroaches.

Ever since Covid, it seems like the breakfasts have been minimal and unappealing.

This was a typical hampton inn. Nothing particularly wrong or outstanding. Just that we had a much better stay with more amenities in a premier spot in Greenville for substantially less. Only stayed here because of a wedding nearby.

They would not take my Hilton honors number because I booked through Travelocity. I almost always book through Travelocity and this has never happened before. We have had Hilton honors since its beginning. This of course meant no free wifi which I was counting on to get work done. In looking for a hotel on our route, I choose this Hampton because of our HH even though it was a little more expensive. Won’t make that mistake again.

One of our go to hotels in this area. Always a friendly welcome from professional and helpful staff, clean rooms and a good choice for breakfast in the morning.

酒店位置很好找，办理入住非常顺利，前台的小姐姐们都很友善专业。我们的房间干净整洁，维护得很好，对于两个人住的大床房来说非常宽敞。房间里有躺椅、书桌和椅子。衣柜和抽屉空间充足。有很多USB和Type-C充电口，大镜子和大浴室，淋浴间很干净，床也很舒服。早餐很棒，食物都是热乎乎的，而且很干净。我们睡得太好了，直到九点才去吃早餐，但食物还是热腾腾的，种类也很丰富。周一我们吃了饼干、肉汁、炒鸡蛋和华夫饼，还有新鲜水果，一切都非常棒。我们决定延长住宿，前台的Chance帮我们安排好了。唯一美中不足的是如果能有个热水浴缸就更好了，不过泳池很干净。
