This hotel delivered…. Clean, simple, quiet. Nothing fancy….. a little worn… but hot breakfast was a 5 and the staff a 5. A perfect stop while traveling through.

The room was perfect.Clean, comfortable and quiet staff was very friendly and the welcoming coffee was a nice touch. The morningBreakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options.
We've stayed at this hotel many times and this time, the only thing that was a disappointment was the following...
DISAPPOINTING
Well, that's maddening.
The hotel clerk last night, automatically created a hotel rewards account for me... But didn't bother asking if I already had one. This morning I get a cheery email from the hotel chain saying, welcome as a new member.
When I called the hotel to ask them to delete that new membership card number, they can't do it. Now I have to spend hours on the phone fixing their mistake.
I resent the hell out of extra work for me fixing people's mistakes. Grrr.

Awful hotel and room. Dirty. Room temperature set to 41 degrees when entering. Remote had no barriers. They jacked up the price to $500 a night during university homecoming. Fridge rusty and molded. Doors dirty, entrance dirty. This hotel should have zero starts in rating.

We found the room to be clean. The bed was comfortable and we Ike that there’s a couch in the room so you can spread out a little. What really surprised us was the food. I was able to have a veggie omelet and turkey sausage. That’s the first hotel we’ve seen that at!

Repeat guest! Stayed for 9 nights. Hotel is quiet, clean comfortable and staff are very accommodating. It’s where I stay when I travel to Sherwood.

We just needed 1 night to visit the nearby national park. Price was right and hotel was easy to find right off the interstate. Room was clean and didn’t smell. Beds were comfortable.

Wish this hotel was in every city we ever need to stay in! Staff was super friendly when we checked in. We reserved a king with sofa bed, didn't need the sofa bed but all that was left with king bed. The room was HUGE and well appointed. Very clean and the shower had great water pressure.
Breakfast had a lot of choices, not just a cold cereal and milk place.
We enjoyed our stay and price was reasonable for all this.

房间不是很干净，浴室的清洁程度低于普通智选假日酒店的平均水平。房间很吵，你可以听到楼上有人走来走去的声音……这很奇怪。我们在网上预订了这家酒店，因为这里有游泳池，但不幸的是游泳池已经关闭了。我们入住期间的亮点是友好的工作人员和美味的早餐。
