I was in a rush I am a HIlton member and opted to stay here since my normal hotel was booked, i was there for a church convention and got the room late, changed and ran back out, i was so tired that night, i was coughing and my eyes where hurting and when i was about to take a shower severe mold in the bathroom and no ventilation and blood on the curtain, i mention to the assistant manager, i noticed three sticky notes of three other rooms with mold next to mine Houston we have a problem so going back and forth. they wanted to give me a 50 credit, ummm no so i filed a complaint with *******.

Great Staff/In need of small touches
Front desk staff was awesome. Rooms were very dated and had mildew/ wet smells. Had to change my room 2 times before we found a suitable room due ti the mildew smell. Very surprising at $190/night. Some carpet changes and fresh paint should fix these issues

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. It was definitely a good stay. I just would have expected a little more out of a $200 a night room. Sleeps 5 was a recliner So my 5ft 9in teenager sleept on a recliner with feet hanging over.

The customer service was amazing especially the young lady that checked me in. There was a problem with me prepaying through ******* but she was able to resolve the issue even being new to the job. The property itself seem old and smelled of mildew. My room didn’t smell fresh even after the a 2 day stay. Smelled as if someone left onions in the trash for an extended period of time. This is an ok hotel for a quick stay but if you are looking for luxury this is not it. The price was way too much for the hotel, not a value!

Alarm at 1:30a to 4a
The alarm went off 1:30 in the morning twice. We had to evacuate the building. I had to carry my 1 year old son up and down the stairs from the 4th floor. When they said was safe to go back upstairs, the alarm stayed on. we had to endure a loud noice and very disturbing bright lights. The alarm didn’t go off until 4am in the morning. I never went to sleep so I asked for a refund.

Needed somewhere to stay last minute, this property was clean, comfortable, and check in was quick.

我于 7 月 19 日入住南卡罗来纳州萨姆特的 Candlewood Suites 酒店。房间看起来很棒,我甚至还升级了房型。我不得不打电话给前台拿沙发床的枕头、毯子和床单,因为房间里没有我孙女的床。当我终于上床睡觉时,我拉开卧室床上的毯子,发现床单上有血迹。我们都睡在沙发上。周六一大早,我第一件事就是打电话给前台,告诉他们我前一天晚上发现的情况。他们告诉我,他们会派客房服务人员来处理这种情况。客房服务人员来了,那位女士说她是主管,前一天亲自打扫过房间。她说她绝不会把床单铺成那样。我也告诉她我在厨房水槽下的垃圾桶里发现了垃圾,那不是我的垃圾。她和另一个清洁工马上就清理了床单。与此同时,总经理凯特琳把我叫到房间,问我出了什么问题。我告诉了她,她第一句话就是我们不会就房间做出任何补偿。要知道,我是金卡会员,我甚至都没要求赔偿。我只想要干净的床单。但是,总经理的语气让我无法接受。因为要带孩子,我会在这家酒店住到周五,但下次我去南卡罗来纳州萨姆特的时候,我会选择其他酒店。就像我说的,我只想要干净的床单,而总经理却让我感觉像是在找空房间。
我旅行期间在这里住得非常愉快。工作人员非常友善热情。房间也非常干净。绝对推荐给住在附近的任何人。再次强调,入住期间工作人员非常尊重我,彬彬有礼。
工作人员待我像家人一样。房间很干净,提供了我准备晚餐所需的一切。客用洗衣房很方便,除了肥皂和烘干纸外无需额外付费。唯一的缺点是没有制冰机,而且必须把车停在街对面的停车位。
