My room was clean, the pool and hot tub were great
The only thing that frustrated me was none of the tvs had access to netflix etc only basic cable

Very friendly staff. Our key cards did not work. We had to go to the front desk to get them reprogramed. No problem taken care of. Our room was not thuroly cleaned. For the price i would expect a good cleanong between guest.

Breakfast was the usual. Not bad or good. Only spent one night but it was comfortable. Pool was nice. Hot tub jet were a bit strong and could have been hotter

Close to historic downtown, staff very friendly and helpful.
Needed to make a necessary run to Walmart which was in the next block. Really liked the breakfast choices.

I had a problem with my key and she took care of it herself.
We were very pleased with accommodations.

Dirty
The property is nice, but our room was dirty. Room was dirty with cup rings on the furniture, dirty spots on sheets, and the room had a musty odor. The AC unit rattled all night. All this happened at the same time a child threw up in the pool (not the properties fault) so we couldn't even swim. There are better Hotels on this same interstate exit.

Beds are extremely soft which makes it bad if you have posture issues or mobility issues.
