The room was super clean and the tv had my name on it was a cool touch/ personal feeling
My stay was on a week day so not sure if it gets crazy on a weekend but it was peaceful
How ever id like for them to offer coffee 24hrs not just 5am for the people that work earlier then others
Overall id bring the family for a stay 💯

Bed was very comfortable room was clean, plenty of towels but the soap dispensers in the shower were all empty and the towels were like cardboard. The TV remote was a bit confusing to figure out.

Very nice customer service. Beds are very comfy. Breakfast and coffee were delish & a good way to start our AM.
我的第一晚过得糟透了，我不得不向前台投诉，楼上的房间整晚都像是有人在跑来跑去、跺脚。第二晚前台的工作人员太丑了。我需要一个残疾人停车位，好让我的儿子带着轮椅下车，她却让我把车停在VIP区后面。我问她，我怎么才能让他从大楼后面的人行道上下来，这非常危险。我在这里的经历糟透了。我从未得到任何不便的赔偿。我会打电话给公司，进一步处理此事。
毛发和巨大的死虫
我入住的第一个房间感觉好像从未打扫过。浴缸区域有几根很长的毛发。马桶、洗手池附近也有小毛发，床上也发现了几根。桌子上有之前客人饮料留下的明显痕迹。然后，我注意到床之间有一只很大的死虫，看来地板从未被吸尘过。而且，死虫的体型让我感到不安，它太大了。我要求换一个房间。第二个房间好一些，但考虑到第一个房间的脏乱，我在这家酒店一直感到不舒服。晚上10:30带着三个小孩换房间很不方便。虽然我对房间的清洁度感到很不好，但前台的工作人员在我向他反映我的担忧后，态度很好，并给了我一个新房间。
床太糟糕了，硬邦邦的，而且没有支撑。我和妻子醒来时都疼得要命。这简直毁了我的一天。希望明天早上能好起来，低头或者深呼吸时肩胛骨之间会刺痛，这可不是我打算过的圣诞节。
