Amenities are poor, the room flooded. Got yelled at by the maintenance man and the woman on staff. Extremely rude. No apologies for having to switch rooms in the middle of the night. They didn’t grab all my stuff from the other room. Rude, mean and they are not looking after the customer.

People talking outside the room all night (had an outside room), people walking above me all night, open and used soap still in shower and trash beside the bed.

Phone didn’t work door didn’t dead bolt but cheap lock worked , noise around room till 4 am like someone was running construction on room above

The rooms look more updated and spacious in the photos. The walls were dirty, the lights kept flickering during our stay, one outlet didn’t work at all and the bathroom was gross. We chose not to use the shower during our stay and instead showered at a family members house before traveling back home.

Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were pleasant and polite. We enjoyed a nice breakfast together.

It needed some lotta updates like the TV. The bathroom TV would just keep skipping. Ryan goes in and out.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Dirt and grime all over the walls, mirrors, faucets bathtub. Stains all over the curtains, black mild on the windows, carpet hasn’t been cleaned in what felt like years and just and overall layer of filth all over the room. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay!!

Room smelled like mildew. Place is old and in disrepair. Electronic door worked intermittently. Should be $80 or less a night given condition. Bed and sheets were clean.

Registration was slow, but good when registered. Need more help at desk.
First floor was attractive and refreshed, but the room was clean, but tired and small.
Morning breakfast was good, but not excellent.
Requests were followed up quickly, like new towels.
The staff was friendly and considerate.
It would not be my first choice, but I would stay there again.
