The room was clean and spacious. However, the microwave and keurig did not work in the room. Had to get hot water in lobby.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had plumbing issues in original room so they moved us to a different room. That room had plumbing issue as well. The hot items at breakfast were barely warm. Coffee was excellent. Property was clean and well kept.

When we first entered the room, I went to the restroom. There was still a few things missed from cleaning under the sink, behind the trash can. Pieces of fake eyelashes and a pill or mint, other debris. I got some toilet paper and wiped it up so my children would not get in it. Later I noticed other pieces of eyelashes all over the bottom in my socks. If my sock picked it up, the vacuum should have. Later, went downstairs to get another blanket for the pull-out couch. The one in the bag had a spot on it that could have been glue but easily could have been something else. Looked dirty. Didn't want to put it on the bed with my child. The woman at the desk replaced the blanket in the bag with a matress cover. I noticed at the elevator. When I went back to ask about it, she said that was all she had left. She wasn't even going to tell me that is what she gave me. I felt she was being combative and short with me. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6, at 6:15 it had not opened and we needed to leave to make it to a track event in Huntsville. Waiting made us later. We did not have time to stop after waiting and get something for our 3 kids. We were relying on grabbing something at the hotel before we left. The breakfast was one of the main things i checked for when booking the hotel so that the kids could have breakfast before we left.

The clerk that checked us in was the most friendly and helpful!!! Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy!

Nice stay
The rooms were not sound proof enough.
A family was sitting outside & loud past midnight and you could hear it in my room even with the a/c on.
Then you could hear everything going on in the hall- kids were running around, adults were loud.
We did have to ask for the heat to be turned on for the “heated pool”. It takes a long time to heat up.

酒店回复: Thank you. We do apologize for the noise from the other guests. The pool was set at 80deg, we were more than happy to adjust it up for you to a more comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, as you noted, it does take some time to change the water temp in a pool. Other than those two instances, we are very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and hope to welcome you back.
