"We needed a hotel that was convenient to the downtown medical center and equipped with a kitchen setup, and this hotel delivered perfectly. Check-in was smooth, and our room exceeded expectations—it was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciated being able to park our car where we could easily see it. When my husband's surgery didn't go as planned, we had to extend our stay. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to remain in the same room for all five nights. Being on the third floor, dedicated to multiple-night visitors, was an added bonus. It was such a relief not to have to switch rooms during such a stressful time. Overall, this hotel provided everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!" A big thank you to the manager!

Candlewood needs an update & thorough cleaning
Bathroom floor dirty. Kitchen floor sticky.
A few roaches in kitchen area.

There was an unpleasant cooking odor in the room. I asked for air freshener but was told they couldn’t provide it. Also, the bathroom floor had dirt and hair along the floorboard.

Halloween Visit
My wife and I had a great stay at this Candlewood. The service provided by the staff was excellent. The only issue we had was that there are only queen or two standard size bedrooms. The general manager Tonya was very supportive and helpful.

San Jacinto 2024
This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time they were in the middle of renovation. The renovations are complete and the facility is stellar. The Staff were helpful, and pleasant.

We did not like the very soft bed, the thermostat did not work correctly, there were ants in the kitchen area. No luggage racks. They could have 4 towels for 2 people.
