Very clean, polite staff, breakfast was good. Lost my oldest daughter that week that we stayed there. Very caring desk help. Hot chocolate was delicious too. Thank you so much.

Definitely not a Holiday Inn Express experience we are used to. First room assigned (3rd floor) had a mildew/moldy smell and when going to pull out the pull out couch discovered the entire way across under cushions was moldy. Asked for another room and was assigned another moldy/mildew smelling room, but did not find any mold, so for our short stay we dealt with it. However, the additional bedding for the hide-a-bed had cookie/chocolate smeared on the comforter and clearly hadn’t been replaced from the last guest. We asked for new linens. Bathroom door did not latch because the door jam’s latch plate had been placed with cardboard and screws as a temporary fix and kept falling off when you open/shut the door. Breakfast was good, seating was hard to come by. Lobby/hallways didn’t smell mildewy, so must just be the rooms. Lots of “updating” was attempted but the patches of different shades of blue/ rusty shelving/loose bathroom tiles make it evident it was neglected until recently. Pool was cold, the pool room windows are opened every time we walked by; probably to ventilate as it was way over chlorinated. Great location, but would not stay here again even if in the $75/night range. The hot cocoa and cookies at front desk were a nice touch.

Clean, warm, quiet. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was better than most these days. The eggs could have been warmer. That is a small suggestion to make a good experiance even better.

The beds were advertised as queen, the were more like a bigger version of a full , mattress appeared to be old as they were very soft and not hard .

Now with that said it’s a very nice place , check in was smooth , nice staff , and considering it was a holiday weekend and a lot of people there they did manage to make sure there breakfast did not run out of items .

Overall a good stay except for the mattresses .

When I got to the hotel Sunday night it was raining and I had to park at the end of the building. There is a door there but the signs said to enter front door so I has to walk around front in the rain.

Hotel was not busy yet they wouldnt consider an early checkin so it made our first night hectic due to dinner plans.

The room was clean but located near the pool entranse so we could smell the chlorine in the hall. The pool did not look like simething that i wanted to get into so we didnt use the amenities.

Breakfast was high carbs and didnt have much that i could eat. What happened to plain scrambled eggs and bacon?

I would not stay in this hotel again. Im not sure that id stay in another Holiday Inn. In my experience, its no longer a high quality hotel.

our room was not cleaned properly. Counter tops still had coffee rings from our cups both nights. Looked like the bathroom floor was not washed. Our son had a bug bite on his side (wondering if from a bed bug ) since he had a long sleeve shirt on all day except when he went to bed. Front desk was courteous and helpful.

Check in very pleasant. Probably the nicest part of my stay. Room was very clean, and well maintained. Never could figure out the thermostat or the TV remote though. That kinda ****** swamp water. Oh well.
