Amazing hotel
The hotel was amazing. The service and the staff are always great. The only complaint we ever have about this hotel is the elevator.

Front desk
Everything was good except for one thing. The AC was dripping water inside. There was a musty smell. I did inform the front the death and was offered another room. I declined thinking everything would be okay plus I didn’t want to pack and move. Upon checkout I informed the be at the front desk and was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Needless to say, I know exactly what was wrong so I laughed and just said have a good day and left. He had no concern with the issue. I’ve always had great service but there’s always that one time.

Fast and friendly front desk. No recycle options in room. Also I was not able to adjust the therostat

The only issue was check-in was at 3 but we had to wait until about 4 due to rooms being cleaned.
