Tv barely worked it glitched the entire time. The room had a mini fridge with a clear door and a bright light that keeps you awake at night. Nowhere to plug in your phone the only outlet near the bed was tied to the entry light. When you turned it off your charger went off. The hot tub was freezing cold and dirty.

Very outdated. No cable for the tv. AC worked when it wanted to. Elevator broke on us not once but twice and we only stayed for 1 night.

The stay was poor due to bad tv signals it would turn off by its self , tub not cleaned properly you can see hair in the tub , sink wouldn’t drain properly, and as for the ac at least that cool the room properly and breakfast was ok overall a 2 star is what they get from us it sure wasn’t the a 4 star like it shows on there website that’s for sure paid too much money for a roach motel stay .

Other than potholes in the parking lot, all was really nice. Loved how my room was serviced early on with asking.

水槽和淋浴喷头里流出来的只有沸水，根本没法洗澡。
我要求全额退还一晚房费，经理同意了；但是，由于我提前支付了*******，所以退款应退至*******。
