Israel is a gentleman of Mexican origin and is totally fluent in both English and Spanish and I have yet to receive a guest complaint about him.On October 15, 2025 we refunded the no show charges of $118.42 to ******* virtual credit card at the request of ******* and the folio has zero charges applied.My records show no communications with the guest or guest complaints.

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback.We are more of a family hotel and it is increasing difficult to address the noise from the children as a result..We always try very hard to address any guest problems in a prompt and timely manner and I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Very friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable bed and bedding and the room was a very pleasant temperature.

这是我住过的最安静的酒店。从住宿到早餐，一切都很棒。唯一不足之处是房间里的冰箱比较旧，噪音也比较大。因为不需要冰箱，为了不打扰房间的安静，我就把它拔掉了。
房间里的空调坏了，我们问了好几次才有人来检查。他们不得不更换了空调，把水和脏东西洒在了房间的地毯上，然后就那样放着不管了。浴缸感觉好像要从我们身下掉下来了，而且太滑了，我女儿摔倒了，撞到了头，还割伤了脚。
总经理太糟糕了，三思而后行。
我们午夜左右到达，被告知系统崩溃，等了将近 2 个小时才办理入住。前台服务员或不管他叫什么说因为有这个问题我们可以减半入住。总经理在我们退房后哭了起来，拒绝了减半。这家伙真是个骗子，永远不会再来了。淋浴地板坏了/有裂缝，热水要好几分钟才能变热。门上的电池没电了，钥匙卡不能用，等了一会儿才终于让进去。经理叫了隔壁酒店的维修工来修门。这家伙出了问题，来回走了好几趟，终于修好了。如果你迟到了，那么你就得走一英里，因为唯一的停车位在隔壁的另一家酒店。天黑后没有停车位，真是可悲！这是我的抱怨，我不会推荐。甚至看到了蟑螂和老鼠屎。你可能运气更好，但不要轻信他们的话。如果我知道总经理这么糟糕，就应该拍照。他还总是在电梯旁的办公室里大声打电话。还在等那笔半价退款。祝你好运
