The room was ok, no hot water. The maintenance man could not fix the lack of hot water until the next day. I had requested an extra blanket and pillow & was told by the phone receptionist that was not possible until the next day until the morning staff comes on for their shift.

Room was very clean. Banquet facility was beautiful. Check in was quick and easy and numerous carts were available to transfer our luggage to the room.

At first i was in a smoking room. It was gross. But they were able to put me in a non smoking room.
