Somewhat Disappointed
This hotel has been recently renovated but still not in good condition. The breakfast was inadequate because the juice machine was out of order, the pot used to cook oatmeal was on the counter used as a trash container, no microwave, no instant water machine in working order - you can see how disappointed we were with our breakfast options. Coffee was bitter also.
Bathroom on our room was not cleaned well with lots of long dark hair all over the floor.

I checked in on a Wed evening for two nights. I arrived around 8 and there was a lady talking to a customer. He was upset about something not working in his room. She was dressed sloppily and did not acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Her demeanor & unprofessional appearance was not a good start. The ground were very overgrown & not manicured. The paling was nonexistent and many “work” trucks took up many extra spaces. I’ve stayed in dozens of Holliday Inn Express hotels in my 66 years. Other than the room & halls being clean I was disappointed. This particular location has gone downhill in outside maintenance & the workers are all unprofessional (the ones I encountered). It’s hard to get good help these days! There should be a dress code & be nicely groomed to work the check in desk.

The staff cleaning rooms talked as loud as possible in Spanish, yelling down the hall & cleaned rooms just as loud. On the 3rd floor, they had guys with TV's so loud you could hear it after stepping off the elevator

Angel was fabulous!! We were greeted immediately. Beautiful room! She got us a room close to the entrance so exiting in the morning was very convenient.
Stephen was also great! Had our paperwork ready and thanked us for coming and wished us a great day. They both need a raise!!

We arrive approximately at 10:30 pm and. Checked in. We got in our room to find out that the toilet wasn’t working so we contacted service desk and asked to move to another room. No room with a king bed was available and that she would contact the manager. She also told me that we could use the restroom out in the hall and that another room had contacted her because their toilet wasn’t working either. We were there just to sleep. The next morning we asked to be compensated since our room’s plumbing wasn’t working and we paid $167.00.

Great stay
Check-in was a breeze and the service at front desk was GREAT. Room, including bathroom, was spacious and very clean, and room temp was perfect upon arrival. Breakfast was good too. Would recommend!
