We enjoyed the location and walkability and the Breakfast in the lobby each morning. No Newspaper, local or USA today would have been nice. We enjoyed early check in, and the room was spacious with good shower amenity's

There wasn't anything about this property that we did not like. Cindy, was very helpful when we called ahead and told her we were going to be late arriving. She made the check in process very easy and pleasant.
The dining area was always kept clean and the food was hot, tasty, and available. The breakfast was always well stocked. I am a coffee drinker and there was always good hot coffee available! We will certainly stay here again.

Staff very nice, breakfast a plus, room remodel nice, room clean at arrival. Room next to highway viaduct and truck noise intolerable from 3 am onward on first night of our stay. Not cleaning room and bathroom on a daily basis is unacceptable, only left 2 bath towels to service two people for two days. Paying too much money to be using soiled towels, and had to go to desk for clean towels. Terrible policy to squeeze down labor and linen expense under the guise of "save the planet." If you stay here, get room on front of hotel as traffic noise is extreme on back of building.

We stayed two nights. Everything was great excep the breakfast. It was not eatable. Eggs tough, oatmeal watery.

Nice hotel, bathroom was very clean and room was also clean. Breakfast was fine--Hampton always has good waffles! The sausage patties looked like they had been defrosted and put straight into the warming tray. They were almost white in color.

Great staff at affordable rates!
Popped in on an overnight to visit family in Norton, and the staff was excellent. I was actually in school when this hotel was being constructed, so it was nice to come back and see it full circle. The room I was in had some minor cosmetic issues, but for a hotel that's as affordable as this that gives you access to the surrounding mountains, etc., you can't go wrong, really.

Good place to stay in Norton. Room cleaned every other day. Not sure if they were low on TP but I had to get it from desk since housekeeping rarely left enough for 4 people. Not sure you’ll find a better place around town.

Overnight for UVA Wise Visit
Had a great stay! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Pillows not fluffy enough for me, so I’ll just bring my own next time, but that’s a personal preference. It was quiet at night, which made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful—especially Ms. Cindy, who was incredibly supportive late at night. Highly recommend!
