Renovations were not mentioned when booking, disappointed about the ongoing construction noise , closed pool , closed laundry ., etc ....terrible continental breakfast ! And loud air condition noise the whole stay...smh ! Terrible stay !!! Very disappointed for the money I paid ☹️😠

Stay evaluation.
The hotel is undergoing a renovation and I did not know that when making my reservation. The room assigned to us was a handicap room.
Due to renovation the breakfast offering was light, coffee and breakfast bars.
Since we only stayed one night, we could deal with the inconveivance and the "clutter".
Really wish I knew that the hotel was in renovation, I would have looked another Hampton in the area.

it was under construction and nobody mentioned this before i book this hotel , you can feel the dust and the smell at anytime, the breakfast was just a side table with couple of muffins and boiled eggs i was ending having a coffee next door, i understand that they need to improve the hotel but will be good a warning so we can decide if book or no, so not good experience on my first trip to palestine

Wait until the renovation is finished!
The hotel is undergoing a huge renovation right now, and not only is there no lobby, no sitting area, and no breakfast, there is tons of noise, dust, and old furniture and mattresses outside. It looked like the hotel had been through some sort of disaster.
We choose Hampton Inn specifically for the comfort, quiet, and breakfast. This stay had none of these. We were in town for a funeral, and our family had 5 rooms booked (we had 2 ourselves for us and my sons). It would have been nice to have a heads-up that this was happening so we could make an informed decision.
There was no lobby or "breakfast" area, and when we asked if there was a place the family could sit together to visit for awhile, we were told that a conference room would cost $200 to rent. Inexcusable. We wont stay at that Hampton again.

The property is under construction and they put us on 4 floor with no elevator working..we turned around and walked out the door. The employee at the makeshift front desk needs to find another job that does not require inner acting with public. Worst hotel experience ever after driving 8 hrs

We have stayed here a few times usually its great it a good breakfast its clean and comfortable this time we had a late check out 1pm but at 1015 house keeping kept opening the door they did this 2 times. When i explained we had late check out they acted like they did not understand english i asked for new towles nope they did not understand that one but. Cuz we have enother meeting in the am we choose to stay another night but dang i really wish house keeping. Would have understood but the young gent thT checked us in last night was absolutely awesom top notch one of the best

Convenient location and nicely renovated rooms. Can't quite figure out why there's an iron in the room - which people seldom use, but no blow dryer.

Very clean, and renovated. The only thing I don’t like was it was a bit noisy, but I think most hotel rooms near the lobby are
