Our stay was certainly made great with superb treatment by all staff. Cudos especially to front desk Pearl who went out of her way to assist/serve us in so many ways.

During my check in, the staff agreed that my checking out time was 4 pm as I had requested for a late check out.

While I was away from the hotel, a staff packed up my bag at 12 pm and kept it disrespectfully at the reception without informing me. I was kicked out of the hotel like a criminal and I was threatened. It was a horrible and inhumane experience

This was by far the worst Hampton Inn my family and I have ever stayed at. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish.

Our room was ant-infested, and to make matters worse, the toilet was dirty upon arrival. We were told no cleaners were available to resolve the issue at the time.

When I requested a shampoo replacement, the receptionist simply handed me a new bottle and expected me to mount it myself, without informing me that a special key was needed. Eventually, a housekeeper came to install it, but she was on speakerphone during the entire process, holding a personal conversation while providing service.

The night receptionist was also unfriendly and rude, showing no concern or professionalism.

It is good that the location has easy access to a walkable shopping center.

I visit Texas quite often, but I can confidently say: I will never stay at this location again, not even for free.

We were there for a state 4H competition and the staff was so accommodating for all our equipment. They were so kind and welcoming. Everything was wonderful! Well, except the elevator but they were on it and took care of it!

Everything was great except the pool full of leaves. My husband asked for a trash bag and cleaned as much as he could so our daughter can get in as they did not have a net.

Good location - nice and quiet area but convenient to plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean.

There were tons of outlets! I call that out for 2 reasons - the obvious is of course now we tend to travel with various electronics that likely survive by charging. And the other reason is convenience to setup alternate "get ready stations". Since the toilet, shower and sink/counter space are all behind one door, having alternative options in the room to use hair tools or an iron was key. The cabinet top, desk area, snack table or even coffee table were all available options since there were outlets around each.

Would definitely book here again if/when back in Rosenberg.

Upon arrival the clerk appeared busy and I was eventually greeted with a “Yes” not hello or how can I help you. Very short with her conversation not welcoming at all. Room was nice and clean slept and showered well ..breakfast station was empty at 830am no refills on eggs or sausage lights were off in the kitchen so I’m not sure what was happening but that was disappointing seeing as how I specifically chose this hotel for the amenities great area if you want to shop
