Friendly staff, especially the gentleman who was preparing the breakfast. His extraordinary kindness was contagious and made a world of difference! The availability of water bottles for a nominal charge was extremely useful. The availability of snacks and ice cream for purchase at a reasonable price was great! The rooms were clean and updated (which was a pleasant surprise compared to the photos online). I would definitely book here again if I stay in Rosenberg.

Our stay was certainly made great with superb treatment by all staff. Cudos especially to front desk Pearl who went out of her way to assist/serve us in so many ways.

We were there for a state 4H competition and the staff was so accommodating for all our equipment. They were so kind and welcoming. Everything was wonderful! Well, except the elevator but they were on it and took care of it!
办理入住时，工作人员同意我的退房时间定为下午4点，因为我之前要求延迟退房。
在我离开酒店期间，一名工作人员在中午12点收走了我的行李，并粗鲁地将其放在前台，事先并未告知我。我被像罪犯一样赶出了酒店，还受到了威胁。这是一次糟糕且毫无人性的经历。
这绝对是我和家人住过的最糟糕的汉普顿酒店。从头到尾，客户服务都差劲透顶。
我们的房间里蚂蚁成灾，更糟糕的是，马桶在我们入住时就很脏。酒店告诉我们当时没有清洁人员可以解决这个问题。
当我要求更换洗发水时，前台接待员只是递给我一瓶新的，让我自己安装，却没有告诉我需要特殊的钥匙。最后，一位客房服务员过来帮我安装，但她全程都在用免提通话，一边打电话一边提供服务。
夜班前台接待员也态度冷漠无礼，毫无热情和专业精神可言。
酒店位置便利，步行即可到达购物中心，这点还不错。
我经常去德克萨斯州，但我可以肯定地说：我以后绝不会再住这家酒店，哪怕是免费的也不行。
他们正在装修一些房间，但还算干净。考虑到价格，还可以接受。
