Check in was easy, and the room was clean and spacious, but the king bed in the standard room was not comfortable at all. Very thin and old dated 2009 mattress was less to be desired.

Staff, rooms, food, and clean rooms. Stated 4 nights with family. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The bed was the worst I have ever had. The remote didn't work properly. For the money it was not a good experience.

Property was clean, taken care of. First time staying there, overall hotel and rooms were clean. Good fragrance in the hallways lol.

This HI location is falling completely apart.
The infrastructure, appliances, A/C, room bathrooms, pillows, etc. all need serious maintenance, intense cleaning and repairs, and well - a serious redo with this building. We changed rooms because the A/C sounded like a semi-truck. Phone to front desk was broken. A/C controls are outdated. Freezer in fridge was broken. I’ve machine didn’t work. Staff was semi-helpful and friendly, but admitted their hands felt tied from truly fixing anything!

This hotel is very dated! The bathroom wallpaper looking like something had dripped all over and never cleaned up. The shower was old and grout looked like it was haphazardly done. I was disappointed with Hampton, but the staff was kind.

Great service and friendly staff! Everything was nice and cleaned. I especially enjoyed the zero % shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Enjoyed my stay there! Thank you!

There had been a mix-up between ******* and the hotel computer systems. ******* had me checking in on Wednesday night, the hotel had me checking in on Thursday night. The manager of the hotel could not care less that this was a problem for me. Didn't apologize, didn't even try to fix a situation, just told me that I had to call *******. And when ******* called them back, just basically told them to pound sand. I have never seen a service provider with so little concern over a customer and their predicament.
I did not even get a, "I'm so sorry sir, there's just nothing I can do." It was just, "that's expedia's problem."
