Mattress is terrible. Doors on accessible room are too heavy for wheelchair user to open. Carpets are old and dirty.

Fire Alarm
Everything was going good until around 5:30am when the fire alarm was going off. Everyone had to exit the building. Fire Dept came and did not know what set it off and how to shut it off. We ended up leaving a couple hours after that. The alarm was still going when we left. They should re-imburse us for this stay since we had to leave way early

The property was quiet, clean, and the perfect place for our stay! The staff was amazing and went over the top to make us feel welcome. We will be staying here for future visits!

Liked all the space. Roomy. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff at the deskvery nice
Couch had stains on tbe custons, hair on the shower walls when we arrived, but oher than those small issues, i would be back.
我们需要一个住一晚的地方，所以我预订了这间房间。价格偏高，但我经常旅行，尽量选择质量更好的酒店。前台工作人员非常友好，大堂看起来也不错。我们的房间位置不错，但清洁工作做得不太好。毯子上沾了血，但我们直到早上才发现！地板很脏。当时已经很晚了，所以我们最终还是住在这里，但我再也不会住这里了。床硬得要命，今天我的背疼得要命。还是另找地方住吧。这地方太糟糕了。
圣诞节探访
这次去Temple，我们已经在这里住了五年了。这是我们第一次在浴室里发现蟑螂。早上的咖啡壶是冷的，加满后，咖啡的味道简直令人作呕。
令人失望
空调噪音大得惊人，晚上就完全停了。冰箱里的冰块也坏了。热水只有涓涓细流。
