The hotel is in a convenient location. Staff was great. She gave us a room away from the elevator like we preferred. Room was clean. Unfortunately the bed wasn't real comfortable. Otherwise it's a nice hotel.

Our favorite hotel in Temple.
Pricing is fair, including the pet fee. The staff are all nice and very responsive to requests.
Hotel is associated in a good, safe area. Walking distances to restaurants and a park with a walking path. Close by H-E-B and shopping.

Elevators were out of order so had to walk through the employee area to the service Elevator. The employee area smelled of sewer water. The jacuzzi was also out of order. The walpaper in the hallway was peeling off in several places and in some of those places it was scotch taped up. Some of our bedroom lights did not work, our bathroom shower had no pressure what so ever. There were people who pulled up at midnight in the back ready to rob cars until my husband flashed a spotlot and we honked very loudly. They took off very quickly. The breakfast is not worth $16, it is the same breakfast you get at most hotels for free with your stay. The list keeps going, but i feel this is enough to make my point. I am not usually one to vomplain, but this was not at all worth the amount charged to stay. We will never stay here again or recommend it to any of our friends or family. I have stayed at many Hilton's and been to many business conferences at Hilton, this was the only Hilton I have ever had a complaint about.

服务和设施都配不上价格。房间很大，但很老旧。浴室也不现代化，淋浴/浴缸漏水。水费3美元，而且没有一次性拖鞋。为什么？地板也不太干净。
不过抽屉里有一本圣经。
但是自带拖鞋不是更方便吗？
房间卫生非常不满意。台面上还有之前客人留下的汽水圈。另外，泳池和热水浴缸因装修而关闭。173美元的房间宣传说有泳池和热水浴缸。结果173美元却住进这么脏乱的房间，而且没有泳池，真是太失望了。
广告上说有泳池和热水浴缸。但现在已经停用了。马桶漏水，而且错过了一天的清洁。
