Room was very run down. Not level- bathroom door had to be pushed very hard to get closed- ( which made a very load noise when it was used during the night ) . Desk and tv area were all slanted inward.

Very Accommodating
Unfortunately, this trip was for the funeral of my dad. But, the staff was extremely accommodating for my family. We booked 3 separate rooms and they were able to place all of us next to each other.

The front desk was a knowledgeable and friendly. The room was comfortable however the carpet had several big stains. I did not like the bathroom lighting.

Laney provided exceptional service as the Front Desk Representative; her friendly demeanor and professionalism made a positive impression. However, the room itself felt quite outdated, with furnishings and decor that seemed in need of modernization. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows did not provide adequate support, which significantly affected the quality of my sleep. If the property underwent renovations to update the rooms and enhance comfort, I believe it would offer a much more enjoyable experience that would better align with its pricing.

Stayed one night to visit family in area Hotel was convenient for us.
早餐不错。房间很棒。员工非常友好。
服务和舒适度都比较高，价格却不菲。
房间重新装修过，但空调又旧又吵，地毯很脏，毛巾也很少。
