Clean, spacious & well appointed furnishings in our room. A/C worked very well & not noisy. Staff are friendly & breakfast options were very good.

Pool not accessible after 9
We arrived and met Jamie at the front desk, who was awesome. We arrived early and she allowed us to checkin a lil early.
The pool sign said open until 10pm, but at 9:10pm, we tried to enter and couldn’t! Inquired at front desk & was told by the young lady, the pool closes at 9! Even when we told her sign says 10! She refused to let us inside the pool room. Also, lots of stranglers outside in lot after 9pm and lots of noise by elevators and the room door next to us stayed open by the guest for half the night, even after we asked her to ask him to close his door!

Was very nice. The indoor pool was a little cold for it to be indoors. Other than that will definitely stay again.

The property was fine the staff friendly and it was clean
But why why would you have the beds so high 36-37 inch high for a 5’3 elderly woman
I had to push the sofa over to the bed crawl up on the sofa then crawl up on the bed
It’s a hazard to get in and out just need to cut the base down
It was horrible to do in the middle of the night
Needs fixed
Will NOT stay there again
There was no information of the high beds on website that would have kept me from making a reservation
Again I will NOT stay there just due to the bed height

This is the best overall hotel I have ever visited. We usually stay in five star hotels all over the world, but this three star is a gem. You will never find better service and kinder workers than here. I am handicapped, and they took care of my every need, going over and beyond the normal. The beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast was so much better than a normal continental. I highly recommend this hotel. There are no five star hotels in Henderson, but I have stayed in two B and Bs and two hotels in Evanston. This one far out rates any of those!

The room had everything you need! And a whirlpool tub! It was such a quiet, clean, peaceful evening!
