Check in was terrible, the service desk lady was really rude, she acted like she didn’t want to help me…overall my stay was excellent, very quiet and comfortable definitely 1000/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great experience. Beds were nice, room was big and clean, restaurant was nice and affordable. The only thing bad was the angel of cigarette smoke.

Rooms need to be deep cleaned
Carpet was stained all over. Cobwebs behind everything. Celing fan would not go to higher speeds.

Pleasant stay
Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Not a lot of amenities, as we were not ********, but it was a pleasant stay.

The carpet in the room I stayed in was beyond dirty, it was disgusting. The front desk personnel are inconsistent and rude. One member of my party was told it would cost an extra $20 for early check in. Another member was allowed to check in early with no fee. When the 3rd member checked in the front desk person was RUDE and told her it was a $10 charge. Then when I and two other people checked in early there was no charge.
Be consistent and don't be rude. This was my first stay at a Caesar's property and will likely be my LAST.

Almost did not let us check in because they did not have room in our name yet they had my cc #. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk & she was just rude!!

The room was very clean. The lighting, for reading could have been better. Though, I suppose, not many stay there and read. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The building is old looking on the outside but a nice surprise to see how clean it was on the inside to include the rooms. Can you use some activities for those who don't wish to gamble all day like a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Could also use other options for food.
