Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Only issue was that for those staying more than one day you had to request housecleaning to get fresh towels and clean the room.

We read good reviews. However, when we got there, it was clear they could do a better job cleaning. Not just the common areas, but also rooms. Mistakenly, I booked a smoking room. I thought it wasn't a big deal, but when I opened the door a quite strong smell hit us. I asked for a change, but they told me the only way was doing an upgrade and pay extra. It was ok for me, so I did pay. They offered us a suite. The new suite was also not really clean and had carpet stains everywhere. The bathroom floor was dirty. Not going there ever again.

Check in was terrible, the service desk lady was really rude, she acted like she didn’t want to help me…overall my stay was excellent, very quiet and comfortable definitely 1000/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
