Lobby and breakfast room are very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed a great breakfast there. Room was spotless. Entire property is well maintained

Our room (a 1 BR suite with two queens and a sofabed) was run-down. The carpet was frayed, bathroom door did not close all the way and did not lock, bedroom door (we had a suite) bumped into the corner of the bed. Very tight to navigate for five people. We were not given linens for the sofabed. Had to go downstairs to get them and were given a shower curtain for a sheet. Breakfast offered a good variety but items were slow to be refilled.

Room very nice, staff very friendly, helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods. The only negative, bathtub had rust stains that looked like dirt.

I woke up this morning to no hot water in the room. So a cold shower was a blast! Also, asked for a plastic spoon last night at the front desk and was told there were none. Nothing earth shattering, just amenities I'd expect to have access to.

The front desk staff at check in and check out were awesome. The room had a wet issues that we didn’t realize until later in the evening. I did make it known to the front desk when we checked out. I’m sure it was related to the assessable shower in the unit.

Breakfast was alright. For a quick bite to eat, it hit the spot. Parking was okay, but if people would park straight in the parking slot, parking would have been better. Dirty wash cloth was left hanging on shower, toilet was low, hard on elderly trying to get up and down.

The stay was great and the absolute friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in many hotels! The only down fall is the pool is not heated which they absolutely told us at check in! The room was what we needed and spacious for a week stay! Would absolutely recommend!
