The stay was great and the absolute friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in many hotels! The only down fall is the pool is not heated which they absolutely told us at check in! The room was what we needed and spacious for a week stay! Would absolutely recommend!

My room was 356 right beside my bed was a soaked carpet and my AC would shut off completely. So during the night it was stuffy. I live this hotel but this time my experience was not as normal. My experience is normal great .

It was just an overnight stay on a road trip. Everything was great wish they had breakfast earlier as we had to leave befor 7:30am

The only reaso why the service got four stars versus three stars it's because when I mention the problems, they gave me a discount on the room.But receptacles in the room in the bathroom didn't work.The room smelled musty.The whirlpool was cold.The pancake machine wasn't working

It was clean but the bathroom was not great. The faucet stuck away from the wall and the could not use tub. It would not turn off from shower.

The room had dirty walls the people across from our room were smoking so our room stunk like cigarettes and I want to say maybe a hint of ammonia. The air conditioning was so loud we slept with the tv on to drowned out the sound of it. On the wall next to the bathroom mirror was what looked like blood stains. We were exhausted from a very long drive it was very late at night and only needed a few hours of sleep so we stuck it out. Went down for breakfast and the floor in the breakfast area had food spilled on the floor that I had seen the night before and it was still there in the am. I don’t recommend this hotel which is crazy because I have always stayed at Holiday Inn because they were always so well kept but not this one.
