The curtain was broken in room 206 so I was transferred to room 204 which also had it's problems among them being poor lighting conditions, the facuet in bathroom with poor water pressure and seems to be broken and also could not regulate thermostat. I was pretty tired from being on the road at this point so I didn't complain further and just laid down to rest instead of moving again.

The frint dedk was alwsys empty. Shower gel and lotion were empty. There were no coffee condiments in the room. Could not regulate room temp. Ac on at 69 degrees no auto setting above that. Room too cold or too hot. There was no coffee at breakfast at 8am.
The room smells of dirty socks. Likeky the caroet.
The youung lady that asdisted me was welcoming.

Room was just OK Air conditioning was a little noisy. Pool room was unbelievably hot. Breakfast was very good and had many choices. Staff was OK.

Horrible Hotel
The hotel hallway smelled of dirty feet and there was dried dirt all over the floor. The room was filthy and needed to be updated. There was visible damage on the walls that needed repair. The shower curtain had mold on it and the remote to our television was broken. The room quality was that of a $30 rate at best. I would not recommend to anyone.

The floor carpet was damp. Lights were not working. Very small ironing board. Pillows had the smell of smoke. Did not feel clean at all.

Just ok. Overpriced for hotel quality.
Check- in smooth. Bed was comfortable. Shower curtain had black mold on it and bathroom floor was not that clean around tub. Lotion dispensers were clogged. No ice in machines.

Front desk staff was Very kind and thoughtful at check in, especially at night after driving for hours. Rooms are an older remodel and soda vending machines only worked on the 1st floor. Because it was a quick overnight stay, it was what we needed. Comfortable beds, but could use a deep cleaning or another remodel.
Parking was easy, easy expressway access and welcoming evening staff (9pm).

When we checked in the young lady at the front desk was really nice. The room was huge!! The breakfast staff was nice as well. I always look for great customer service. This hotel has it.

Upon check-in we were greeted by Shena with a big smile and friendly, fantastic attitude. We were a family of 14 driving from Albany NY on our way to Myrtle Beach. It's our annual vacation and we stay at this hotel every year. Our TV remote control needed batteries and Shena happily brought them to our room and installed them. She also told us if there's anything we need, to just let her know. This was by far our best experience at this hotel. The only issue was the lack of working ice machines. The first floor machine was unplugged, and the only working machine was located on the fourth floor.

The woman that was on at night was AMAZING!
The rooms were dirty, smelled like mildew, pool was unusable because of how green and dirty it was. Spiders in corners, stains on the rugs, broken outlets etc.
