Nice location lots of stores and restaurants. Ease on and off of major roads/interstate. Clean. Only downfall bed wasn't as comfortable as it looked to eye and the pillows were awful lol

******* had a kiing room, got here and ended up in a queen, stated it is because we went through the 3rd party app that was over a week ago though, so there was time to contact so we could adjust plans.

I checked in and had specifally reserved a double queen room. Well, i did not receive my customary bottled water, the hot water in my room did not work at all, and when i requested a different room, i was placed in a handicap room which only had a king bed and was an uncomfortable lay out. Additionally, both bathrooms were filthy. I asked for compensation as i did not recieve what i had paid for and was told that because i had booked the room through a 3rd party i would have to go through *******. So what is my next step? refuwere

Room - the bed was as hard as a rock. There was no give in the mattress. I hurt so bad from sleeping at your motel and still had 6 hours to get home.

Matienence upkeep was terrible holes in the wall, Broken AC cover,closet door falling off the hinges. Piece of missing baseboard……list goes on and on. Paid $230 to stay in a room that should have been $50. Absolutely shameful. Staff was friendly and doing their best, breakfast was fantastic! Room was clean. Owner/management should find a new job.
