The staff and room were excellent. The free live TV options weren't great, but that's not the hotel's fault. It was nice and quiet. Great breakfast options!

Our room was dirty, outdated, and in need of repairs, with water damage in the bathroom, dried vomit on one of the mattresses, exposed wires on the A/C unit, broken sink, and rusty water.
When he advised the front desk of the issues, they told us our only recourse was to “take it up with *******”.
We should be reimbursed for our stay. Atrocious.

Breakfast was poor , no cereal no yogurt, only egg avail was a cheese egg no hard boiled eggs etc, . Nothing was restocked

I had a 3 night stay. House keeping never came.
I had to go to front desk each night for towels and toilet paper.

Property is conveniently located off the highway and is clean and quiet. The staff here is always wonderful, a shout out to Brenda, who went out of her way to make sure we had a room that met our needs. We love staying here., and will do so every time we’re in the area.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are ALL friendly and helpful.

The beds were not comfortable for us. They were quite firm, no pillow top like other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed in.
The staff were friendly. The breakfast was fair.

Staff went beyond to make suare my family was comfortable, by making extra provisions for us.
