The property is not well maintained. The AC is not functioning properly, it makes a loud noise, and its panel keeps falling off from time to time. I did not expect this from such a renowned hotel

Had a good trip room was good service was great only complaint was the hot tub was like bath water not hot at all everything else was good

Very dated room, bugs found flying around, bed mattress was hard as a rock, small firmness pillows and WiFi didn’t work half the time.
When checking out, staff couldn’t even print me a receipt.
Said because I booked with *******, it was hard for them to get a receipt?? 🤔
Will never return and will advise friends of our experience.

Staff was great, but that was the best thing about this Hampton Inn, and I'm a member and stayed in many all over the country. Bed was hard as a rock, the HVAC system was very loud and the plastic on the bottom of the door to the room was hanging off and extremely loud (as it scraped across the tile). They look like they are in the midst of an update, so hopefully it will happen for the next traveler.

Haven't eaten breakfast yet, but so far everything has been great. The young man who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Room size is exceptional.

Helpful staff, although they are renovating the hotel it was very clean. I was impressed with the indoor pool, very clean!!

Room could have been cleaner — dust, stain on bed skirt and floor in that area looked like vomit. Musty smell in the room and upon entering lobby.

Overall we felt very uncomfortable with the cleanliness and state of this property. We were first checked into a room that wasn't cleaned with dirty towels and garbage. When we went back to reception he said they were full but had one room he could get us in. When my son got out of the shower and pulled out the towel, clumps of hairs fell out of it. At that point, he just waited to air dry and I didn't even bother trying to shower. Also, the furnishings and carpet were very dated and worn. I realize the property is in the beginning phases of renovations but it should have happened way sooner. This property is not up to standards I've seen with other Hampton Inns and makes me not trust the brand at this point. We just didn't feel clean there.

Bathroom floor was sticky, we had to use disinfecting wipes o our hands/ knees to clean. The rest of the room was clean however the king mattress was TERRIBLE worn out ready for a dumpster. Furnishings were soiled, old and worn out. We were in town for a wedding and this was the hotel chosen by bride. One night we suffered with it, paid over $200 for a room only worth $60. Front desk mgr Andrew was great in every way. We had no time to complain as our time was tight with wedding schedule.
