Leaky bathroom ceiling
Ceiling flooded at 430am and bathroom unusable. I was advised they are unable to give refund due to 3rd party booking. They did put me in a different room 5am but the room with original issues apparently had a flooding history and staff knew it.
Also had A/c issues and sliding door to balcony was broken. They booked a room they knew was in need of serious repairs.

Do not stay at this location! I stayed there for a week and will never return. My room was bug infested, dirty and I received no house keeping services. The first night a house keeper came to my room after 5pm. I asked her to come back after I got my things to leave. She responded in a disgusted and angry tone- “ you want me to do what?” I decided not to bother her again and she didn’t return again ye entire week.
I emptied my trash daily and got fresh towels from the front desk.
The hotel also had a weird vibe- the front desk and marketplace employees wore head bonnets and frequently laid around in the lounge area. That was confusing to me. Are there any professional attire or work expectations?
I could not get a refund, so I had to stay, but It will not return when I’m back in the area for work. I have also advised my colleagues not to stay at this location in the future.

I would not recommend a stay here. The room smells damp, it’s worn out and dirty, the AC unit made a horrible noise every five minutes so we couldn’t sleep. Probably the WORST experience we have ever had. Can’t believe this is a Marriot.

Our stay was wonderful but the top blanket needed to be changed due to a red pen stain and the hotel is outdated. It needs a facelift for the prices charged. Other than that staff was nice and welcoming.

The property was very dirty, including floors - furniture and even outdoor garden area.
The photos and rating with ******* are no current for I felt I needed an antibiotic just to stay there.
I had taken out Trip Insurance and would have left immediately in seeing the facility but unfortunately, our friends did not and did not plan their stay with *******.
I feel websites such as ******* should recommend photos to be updated every 2 years for even Expedia's website advised a 4.7 out of a 5.
There was a lot of yelling and arguing and wondered if guns would be blazing.

Nothing fancy …. It was good for a one night stay over… Water pressure could have been better in shower and pool was closed due to maintenance issues . Front desk personnel was very nice and friendly
