You have to pay for breakfast and also a cup of coffee. It’s a far distance from Norfolk but if you are staying in the are it will work.

I would not recommend a stay here. The room smells damp, it’s worn out and dirty, the AC unit made a horrible noise every five minutes so we couldn’t sleep. Probably the WORST experience we have ever had. Can’t believe this is a Marriot.

Our stay was wonderful but the top blanket needed to be changed due to a red pen stain and the hotel is outdated. It needs a facelift for the prices charged. Other than that staff was nice and welcoming.

The property was very dirty, including floors - furniture and even outdoor garden area.
The photos and rating with ******* are no current for I felt I needed an antibiotic just to stay there.
I had taken out Trip Insurance and would have left immediately in seeing the facility but unfortunately, our friends did not and did not plan their stay with *******.
I feel websites such as ******* should recommend photos to be updated every 2 years for even Expedia's website advised a 4.7 out of a 5.
There was a lot of yelling and arguing and wondered if guns would be blazing.
房间还可以。酒店没有像广告里说的那样配备热水浴缸，而且泳池也关闭了。公共卫生间的马桶溢水了，公共区域看起来和图片上不太一样。
员工友善且专业，清洁人员也做得很好，但显然酒店需要更加重视维护保养。露台门和纱窗很难打开，而且都快脱轨了。电梯和走廊的地毯也需要清洗。
浴室天花板漏水
凌晨4点30分，天花板被水淹，浴室无法使用。酒店告知我由于是通过第三方预订，所以无法退款。早上5点，他们确实给我换了一间房，但原来那间漏水的房间显然有过漏水记录，而且工作人员也知道。
此外，空调也有问题，通往阳台的推拉门也坏了。他们明知房间需要大修，却还是给我安排了一间。
千万别住这家酒店！我在那里住了一周，以后再也不会来了。我的房间虫子成灾，脏兮兮的，而且根本没有客房服务。第一天晚上，一个清洁工下午五点多才来我房间。我让她等我收拾好东西离开后再来。她用厌恶又愤怒的语气回答说：“你想让我做什么？” 我决定不再打扰她，结果她整整一周都没再来。
我每天都自己倒垃圾，然后去前台拿干净的毛巾。
这家酒店还有一种很奇怪的氛围——前台和超市的员工都戴着头巾，经常懒洋洋地躺在休息区。这让我很困惑。难道酒店没有职业着装要求或者工作规范吗？
我没法退款，所以只能硬着头皮住下去，但下次我再来这个地区出差的时候，绝对不会再住这家酒店了。我也已经建议我的同事以后不要再住这家酒店了。
