Approaching the hotel, you could tell it was well taken care of and they take pride in their place. Nice and clean, and the front desk receptionist’s were first class and very pleasant.

Our room was clean, comfy, and well stocked. Only complaint is that the lighting is very dim which I appreciate although it makes writing and drawing, which I do a lot of, more difficult.

非常棒的酒店，地理位置很好，靠近沃尔玛等商店。可以试试楼下入口旁边的当地披萨店。房间很干净，前台也很友好乐于助人 :-)
糟糕的客房服务，他们竟然叫来了警察到我房间，还骗我女朋友说我要离开她并换房间。
因为我公寓有点发霉，所以在这里住了好一阵子了。酒店总是很干净，客户服务也很棒。
************，**********，冷咖啡，走廊里弥漫着下水道的臭味，泳池很脏，停车场里有流浪汉睡觉，酒店预订信息有误，管理混乱。经理和清洁人员似乎总是在入口处抽烟。洗衣机/烘干机坏了，他们多次告诉我已经修好了，不会浪费我的时间和金钱。因为经理不愿处理，所以我打电话给公司总部反映问题。结果总经理马特对我进行报复，他修改了我的账单，但修改只出现在我收到的电子邮件里，打印出来的账单上并没有变化。
我的账户余额很高，这让我很困惑，因为我已经预付了房费，而且三天前我根本不知道账户里还有365美元的欠款。我表示，在联系公司总部之前我不会支付这笔账单，结果总经理马特接起电话后立即报警，说我拒付房费。这样一来，我就被迫支付这365美元，否则就要坐牢。随后我被护送出了大楼，笔记本电脑和其他一些物品都留在了里面。我不明白事情为什么会发展到这种地步，但这完全是不负责任且带有报复性质的做法，仅仅因为我打电话给公司总部反映卫生状况。
房间隔音效果很差。
非常吵闹。
房间很干净。
