The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable for both of us. The hallway had a musty smell and the room was just a little dated, but we didn't mind. We appreciated the room being very quiet.. Breakfast wasn't amazing but was tasty enough. We enjoyed our stay. (We'd give this hotel 4.5 stars, if we could.)

Our room was 421 and the door hung with every open or close and made a VERY loud noise. The bathroom slider door also needed repair and we could just BARELY get it opened and closed. The breakfast area also needs repair. The 1st day, I opened the drawer to get a scone and the whole drawer fell out onto the floor spilling all the scones. The 2nd day, I opened the scrambled eggs dish and a piece of the light fixture above fell out of the ceiling and into the eggs. The eggs were not replaced. Gross. We reported our room door problems and the light fixture incident. Hopefully the maintenance man is enroute.

Beautiful pet friendly. Rooms are new very clean. Beds comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Typical free breakfast waffles oatmeal bagels etc. But everything fresh and hot. Very helpful friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again

************，**********，冷咖啡，走廊里弥漫着下水道的臭味，泳池很脏，停车场里有流浪汉睡觉，酒店预订信息有误，管理混乱。经理和清洁人员似乎总是在入口处抽烟。洗衣机/烘干机坏了，他们多次告诉我已经修好了，不会浪费我的时间和金钱。因为经理不愿处理，所以我打电话给公司总部反映问题。结果总经理马特对我进行报复，他修改了我的账单，但修改只出现在我收到的电子邮件里，打印出来的账单上并没有变化。
我的账户余额很高，这让我很困惑，因为我已经预付了房费，而且三天前我根本不知道账户里还有365美元的欠款。我表示，在联系公司总部之前我不会支付这笔账单，结果总经理马特接起电话后立即报警，说我拒付房费。这样一来，我就被迫支付这365美元，否则就要坐牢。随后我被护送出了大楼，笔记本电脑和其他一些物品都留在了里面。我不明白事情为什么会发展到这种地步，但这完全是不负责任且带有报复性质的做法，仅仅因为我打电话给公司总部反映卫生状况。
