The walk in shower is not safe. Much of the water goes out onto the bathroom floor causing a secondary safety issue. The cleaning staff started working on cleaning before 9. They where loud and vacuum was irritating. The trash truck was terrible with noise. I know you cant control it.

Where do I even start. Booked two of the large king suite rooms. Total was $279 per room. Was traveling from Florida and after 800 miles of driving, we were ready to relax. The hotel said they were overbooked. They stuck me in a handicap accessible standard queen room, and the other person in my party in a standard queen room. Said the cost of the room was the same as the large king suite which of course makes ZERO sense. No refund. So i paid for 2 rooms and didnt get them. The toilets in both rooms had fecal streaks in the bowls and one had urine all over the bowl. Front desk said they had an issue with housekeeping. The regular queen room had ***** in the shower. *****. Its obvious that the bathrooms were never cleaned. People slam their doors all night. Yelling at thier kids up and down the hallway. It was just an overall terrible stay and terrible experience. Plenty of other hotels that are cleaner and better condition. This place was amongst the worst places ive ever stayed and they ripped me off on the rooms.

Two rooms, one had blood in sink and shower , no mattress covers in either , beds were covered in pee stains, coins and dirt on floors! Just grosse and now fighting for money back

We were disappointed in the lack of hot water (and the function of the shower head/s) for our showers. The breakfast rated below our usual experience when we stay at the Hampton Inn.
I poured a water from one of the pitchers at the breakfast and there was a bug in it.

Likes - The desk clerks were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The overall location of the hotel is good. Many restaurants to choose from. Breakfast is adequate.
Dislikes - The water pressure was low. Made showering a little bit lengthy.

Room was set to 60 degrees when we arrived. Bathroom tub had caulking issues, pink mold visible everywhere and bottom of tub needed to be resurfaced (did not use!). Hallway had exposed networking cabling near the ceiling running length of the floor.

Eco note - use individual cutlery at breakfast not the wasteful pack of knife fork spoon S&P and napkin. Very wasteful.
这是一次一晚的住宿。我们入住房间后，发现完全没有水——马桶、淋浴和水槽都不能用。我们下楼告知前台，他们说是因为施工，一小时内就会恢复供水。但并没有，所以我们出去吃了晚饭。谢天谢地，最后我们终于有水了。在酒店待了一半时间房间都没水，这可不是一个愉快的住宿体验。酒店位置很好，但周边也有其他酒店。他们应该在预订前告知我们施工情况。
