The front desk customer service is excellent! They go above and beyond to be helpful, especially Tara. The breakfast buffet provides a large variety of options for all dietary needs and the staff is very friendly. The buffet is kept well stocked and clean. If you are looking for a property, which has friendly staff, very clean, has a wonderful breakfast and is accessible. I recommend this property.

I booked a single room for three people with 2 Queen size beds. When I was checking in I was given 1 king size bed and was told that the 2 Qweens are not available and the hotel is complete booked. Called ******* and the reservation specialists gave me an option for me to cancel my reservation and try to book a different room somewhere else.

I was furious as we came here for a soccer tournament, we were staying at the same hotel as the rest of the team we chose the location of the hotel based on proximity of the event and you can imagine that as last minute option the day of reservation NOTHING was available anywhere with 45 min of the fields.

This is the second time in 9 months I have had reservation issue with *******. I will strongly recommend that people book direct or if you have an upcoming reservation done through *******, call the property and make sure the room you are booking is correct

Over all it was good the lady and man at the front desk when i arrived where super nice and friendly. The afternoon lady was very rude and crabby to my kids for no reason other then the fast my kids were being kids and swimming and having fun in the pool. would of enjoyed my stay way more if we didnt have to deal with her.

Decent stay and value

Stayed overnight in a king bed room. Room was relatively small but overall we had a comfortable stay. Service was great. Breakfast was decent. Good location right off the highway. Walked next door to a Kwik Trip and walked to a nice restaurant for dinner. Target across the street with other food and shopping options nearby. 8 minute drive to UW Stevens Point.
