My first negative review of a property. The first room we checked into had not been cleaned…at all and this was 5pm. 2nd room didn’t have bathtub which we had requested. 3rd room had 2 queens rather than a king, but at this point we said who cares. Hot water was not hot enough, there was considerable traffic noise all night.
The front desk person when we checked in was kind and she tried hard to find us a room.
Overall, just not impressed with how this hotel was run.

The motel was great, the pool was warm and clean and the morning breakfast buffet was good. The only two issues we had were both minor. At check in the incidental charge was included with the room charge and this was not explained at first so the charge appeared to be more than it should have been. When we asked about the charge the explanation made sense and was not a problem. In one of the two rooms we had the facial tissue had been arranged into what appeared to be a decorative flower on top of the box, this hid the fact that there were only two tissues left in the box. This was an inconvenience but not one great enough to bring up for remedy, though in the future it would better to have staff change out a box that is that low.

At check in, the front desk staff was professional. The building and my room were clean. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff pointed out that there is a side entrance door for guest to use that would be convenient for us, since our room was close by. We parked by it and tried using our card key to enter. The light kept flashing yellow. Then I pulled on the door and it just opened. The door is completely missing the locking mechanism and ANYONE could enter the building. This seems very unsafe in this day and time.
I expected better security for the price.

This hotel is a great stay. Our room was clean and the facility looked great. The staff was kind and helpful. I was a little uneasy with two of the exterior doors not latching. They have card readers on them but do not latch so one does not have to use them.

Everything felt & appeared new thanks to a recent redo. The breakfast area was especially immaculate & modern with every type of machine or device.
The room was large, well lighted & comfortable. Bathroom was the same. Window shades were electronic& worked perfectly although it took me awhile to figure out where the control was.

Easy to reach location. Several restuarants in area to choose from. Excellent hot breakfast. Everything was clean and beds were very comfy. Check in was smooth and everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub inside were a nice option and the gym was also nice. There is a small convience store by the main register and coffee, tea and hot chocolate always free and available. They need a couple more rolling carts to move luggage, I believe but that is all. Great stay and nice, friendly staff!

There was only one person at the desk and there were a number of people checking in so check-in was longer than expected but was fast once my turn came up. The room was clean and comfortable!
交通便利，早餐还行，房屋空间大，卫生也比较好。就是前台服务态度一般。头天入住说没能在第三方拿到钱，现场刷卡，第二天说是线上单，不给开发票。幸亏携程小姐姐帮忙搞定发票事宜。
