I am not sure what happend with the purchases from our Treat shop but i will find out and make corrections. The 50 charge at checkin is to cover any incidental charges i.e. purchases from our treat shop area where you can purchase snaks, drinks and other sundries.We appreciate you giving us feedback about your recent stay. 一家珍宝般的酒店,员工服务一流

希尔顿酒店的热水浴缸就像麦当劳的冰淇淋机。我住过三家希尔顿酒店,没有一家的热水浴缸能用。这家酒店的工作人员非常友好。但是镇上没什么可玩的,我们周日到的时候,整个镇子都完全关闭了。我们住在这家酒店,是为了去瑟莫波利斯的星空跳水中心(Star Plunge)玩,结果发现它早在一月份就关闭了。
这家酒店设施陈旧,房间的地毯也很脏。
这对我的家人来说是个很棒的住处。房间舒适安静,而且非常干净。晚上的接待员玛丽莎非常友好热情。早餐有很多选择,适合我们一行的大人和小孩。
我们以后再来这附近还会住这里。汉普顿酒店做得好
电动汽车充电不可靠
我们预订汉普顿酒店时,广告上说有电动汽车充电,但我们知道怀俄明州中部地区的充电选择有限。结果我们到的时候,电量已经快用完了。两个电动汽车停车位中,一个已经被占用,另一个被一辆非电动汽车占用;酒店贴了个牌子,说这个停车位是“钻石会员”专用的。停车场里只有6辆车,但关键的停车位都被占了,所以我们运气不好。以后再也不来了。
工作人员太棒了,我无法表达他们有多好。我们带着一个患有非语言自闭症的孩子和一个患有**的孩子一起旅行,他们对我们的待遇真是令人惊叹。有时带着孩子旅行很艰难,但你们的工作人员做得非常好。
我们预订汉普顿酒店的唯一原因是因为那里有个“热水浴缸”。结果让我们失望的是,浴缸坏了。我以后再也不订其他房间了,除非我先打电话确认热水浴缸能用!
住宿体验不错,不过要检查一下你用的任何卡的余额,因为我和妻子在他们的小区域买了一杯饮料和一些零食,结果被扣了两次钱。另外,我们预订时已经全额付了房费,但入住时他们说需要存档的卡,所以我给了他们我的借记卡,他们就扣了50美元。我付的钱,我们全额付清了。
酒店干净整洁,早餐美味可口。房间大小合适,床也很舒服!工作人员非常乐于助人,也很友好。赠送的饼干也非常美味!
虽然酒店已经订满了,而且我们住在电梯旁边,但房间仍然非常舒适安静。酒店员工非常乐于助人,而且非常专业。这家酒店的一切都非常适合家庭住宿——泳池、早餐和地理位置都堪称完美。
我们在这里住得很愉快。在我们入住的四天里,工作人员都非常友好。前台的Marissa非常乐于解答我们的任何问题。我们的房间非常干净整洁,设施齐全。提供的免费早餐出乎意料地比我在任何一家酒店吃到的都要好。酒店地理位置也很棒。从酒店开车几分钟就能到达很多餐厅,有些甚至可以步行到达。街对面还有一家沃尔玛,非常方便。我们住得很愉快,强烈推荐这家酒店。下次我们再来里弗顿的时候一定会再次入住这里。
