My room was clean, and the hotel is in a good location, near the highway, with restaurants and stores within walking distance. Breakfast is offered daily. I would stay here again.

We stay at Hampton whenever we can. The staff is always very friendly and it is clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is a great plus! Thank you!

Our best Alabama stay this summer
Our room was very clean and well maintained. The beds were more comfortable than some other Hampton hotels we have been in recently.

We quickly realized that the room only had a shower and not a bathtub. When we asked to be moved, we couldn't because it required a fee, which had to go through *******.
Not happy!!!!!
We left!!!
And realized we have to eat the cost. Uhhhh!

酒店回复: Thank you for your review. All King standard rooms have a standing shower as shown in the photos for the room. Our double queens/studios provide a shower/tub combo. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused however due to the price difference all room changes do need to go through the entity you booked with first.

The person at the front desk told us a third party app booked us 2 rooms and not 1. We booked 1. She was so concerned with proving us wrong she told us to come around the counter and look at her computer. About 9pm we got a call from a manager because the front desk girl was trying to book someone else in the room we were staying in. They did apologize for the mix up but the first time the girl should have just verified and not tried to prove we were wrong.

Our room (suite) was mostly impeccable, there were some areas that could be upgraded. The beds were not the most comfortable, but definitely not the worst. All staff we talked to were helpful. We felt safe and the hotel was quiet and enjoyable. The breakfast was not impressive, the coffee was good. The kids enjoyed the pool even though the water wasn't clear. We would stay again if we drive to Florida again as our "halfway" point.

Had a nice stay for a night on our way from Ohio to Florida. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was right off 65
