I checked with the team and it was not unlocked that day. We do unlock it at 8am and we close it at 11pm. I will and have made sure that all staff knows the rules and will follow them moving forward. The pet fee is a standard we use with all our managed hotels. I will be sure to bring it to light on our next meeting and to the last part about being one of the most expensive hotels in town you are correct. We thrive to be the best and with the service we offer along with free WiFi and free hot breakfast we did modify our rates to reflect. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. While I understand the location may play a role in the conditions of the property, the hotel room was not up to my standards. The property was old and the bathroom drainage in the tub was extremely rusted and stained. I requested to be moved to another room and I was immediately denied by the front desk staff person who stated they were completely booked…despite having offered me options of floors upon checking in. The cleaning ladies looked at me crazy for asking them to try and clean the drain/tub. The location has nothing around it, dining, entertainment, street lighting, etc. I don’t recommend this property to anyone unless it is the last resort.

The property is fine. The cleaning could be better. There was period and pee all over our toilet before we even used it. Someone needs to retrain on how to clean. Breakfast was really good. Teresa was super friendly.

Room was really clean!! Door looked like someone broke into it & light shined through it when it was closed. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work! Other than that it was a nice stay!!

The stuff was friendly. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable.
They have a nice breakfast buffet. The only problem is our room smelled like cigarette's.
