Room was nice and clean. Check in was easy and quick. Disappointing that the usual free breakfast was “for purchase” on Saturday morning. Most of the free breakfasts are ok but not to the level of purchase.

Front desk guy was not knowledgeable about rooms. We were supposed to have 2 queen rooms and we were given 2 king rooms.

Stingy with utensils
On a limited diet and have to bring my own breakfast. Asked for a spoon and was refused because I wouldn’t buy breakfast from the hotel. Had to use a straw to eat.
The next morning a different employee actually gave me plastic utensils to use. Why was this not an option the first morning?

The room was very clean, quiet hotel the entire night and the staff was very helpful.

We were there eight days. The staff was friendly and professional. The property was clean and well maintained. We use a Marriott Bonvoy credit card and always stay in Marriott hotels. The Prattville Courtyard was a bit dated and missing a few amenities and did not include breakfast as some newer hotels do, but breakfast was available for purchase and the breakfast staff and Tina were exceptionally nice. We would certainly stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfy. The pillows were good! Parking was easy! I would stay here again!

It was peaceful and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The area was convenient with all levels of dining. This made our stay and purpose for being there even the more better.

I booked a king size bed they put me in a room with 2 queen size That’s two times in a row that they done that They said I booked threw a 3rd party they couldn’t do anything about it So I may not use ******* again
