never was the room just not cleaned. Next day a form letter was placed on bed and the onlt thing done was the trash was empied and towels cleaned. 2 days I stayed in so no cleaning. Bext dayso

On the first day, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed, so our staff respected your privacy and could not enter. On the following day, the team was able to remove trash and replace towels; however, a full cleaning could not be completed because personal belongings were placed in areas that prevented us from safely cleaning the room without moving guest items, which our policy does not allow.I understand how it may have felt as though the room was not properly serviced, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. The check in was great. The girl that was checking us in was super sweet. Rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here if i ever came through Harrison again.

Though under renovation, they worked hard to make the stay comfortable, even working with the Holiday Inn Express next door for breakfast.

They were in the process of remodeling, but were very accommodating in spite of all the construction that was going on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

They were doing remodeling here. So I couldn't have breakfast or use the lobby. Had to use a side entrance. Everything was fine and the staff was great and I enjoyed my stay. They did everything they could to accommodate me. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you
