Great place but needs some maintenance!
Super friendly staff!! Each person showed us kindness.
The breakfast area needs lots of attention. The poor workers are working with no a/c and it honestly felt like the heater was on. The soft drink and juice machines only worked some and wasn’t cold.

It was good but can use some improvement
It was good. The hotel needs to do a better job mopping the breakfast/coffee area the floor was disgustingly sticky and when there was a large syrup spill in the elevator it took a very long time before it was cleaned up.

Great Location!
The hotel is in a great location. It is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. Everything was great except for no housekeeping on the weekend. I followed the instructions of taking my dirty towels to the front desk and exchanging them for new ones. I did that at around noon and the new ones were not ready so I said I would come back after we went to Magic Springs only to be told by the guy at the front that no towels were available because the hotel was booked. He said he would wash some. I asked how would we know they were ready, he said he would call the room. A couple of hours later he brought them down to the room but since my daughter didn’t get to the door quick enough they were left on the floor. I wish he would have called so we could have come and picked them up. That was nasty

My Husband and I had started out at a different hotel and we were not happy and immediately started looking for another hotel. were able to book a beautiful 1 Bedroom suite. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. the hotel was everything it advertised and more. we had a wonderful experience and will be staying there again. Thank you, Linda and the rest of the wonderful Staff, at the Hot Springs, Arkansas
