安卡拉希尔顿酒店服务好,前台看我们是一家还给升级为套房,酒店视野开阔,可以望远景,早餐丰富。
我要求房间离电梯远一点,安静一点,结果他们给了我一个电梯旁边的房间。而且,一整晚房间里都充斥着抽油烟机的声音。他们还收取1000里拉的押金。希尔顿这么大的酒店,现在变得如此小气,经营系统也一团糟,真不应该。

服务很好,前台也很乐于助人。尤其是BARAN,他不仅帮我们搬运行李,还完美地提供了所有关于酒店的信息,真是太棒了。我们特别感谢BARAN!
酒店不错,但以这个价格来说,还可以更好。不过整体还是可以的。
酒店很现代,服务热情,五星级标准,无可挑剔。
工作人员总是在换,新员工缺乏经验。我们只把车停了两分钟去办理入住,结果被收了250里拉的代客泊车费,因为我们得走了。我们也没办法把行李从停车场搬到酒店。安卡拉希尔顿酒店的服务质量持续下滑。
空调开的是夏季模式,但是却很冷。
