First time stay, very nice hotel plus a little ******** and enjoyed the sites. Hope to return for a second time.

The only thing we struggled with was the parking.we are both disabled and the valet parking is to expensive when you are staying at the hotel.

I spoke with the front desk regarding guests next door fighting in their room which made us feel unsafe, and kept us awake most of the night. After I called to report the incident, someone (staff/security) came up to intervene with the fighting couple, but afterwards they were back at it again, arguing and physically fighting till 3:30am. I asked to speak with a manager during check-out and was told she was unavailable, but will call and discuss adjusting our bill due to the disturbances the night before. She never called, and I’ve tried calling to speak with her and got the same run around, she’s unavailable but will return my call. That NEVER happened. Really? Whatever happened to customer service? I’m so disappointed in their lack of concern about our overall experience, and the manager’s unprofessionalism.

Not what I expected
My stay was okay. I went to use the kiosk to check in since someone else was at the counter. I went through the entire process only to get a message that the kiosk was now out of order. I checked in and the person was not welcoming. I get to the room and the barn door came off track. Someone was supposed to come that evening to fix it but never came. Then my brother used the toilet and the flap and handle broke. I asked for an iron and it never came even though Chris at the front desk said it was checked off as being sent to my room. It was not what I expected and it would be nice to be compensated with at least a partial refund. Especially since we never got clean towels on our stay and again no iron.

Main issue i have with this particular property is not being put in the room booked and paid for. Multiple times have i gone through this issue.

Never Again
I had an accident 3 days prior to my stay, we called to change room to handicap room and reserve a wheelchair. We were told no problem. Upon arrival security refused to provide the wheelchair, I sat in the backseat of my car for 45 minutes waiting for a wheelchair to ride to my room. The room was switched to handicap but was not clean. After 15 minutes in my room, they were phoning for return of chair. Keep in mind I can not put any weight on my left foot. We returned the chair after a trip to bathroom and to bed. There were 3red fingernails on the carpets, 1 clean towel and 1 dirty towel. The ice maker down the hall provided enough ice for 2 small drinks at a time. We had to make several trips. I will say some of the staff was very accommodating, though the supervisors were not. This was our 4th and FINAL stop at the Horseshoe in Lake Charles.

I love that it wasn't that crowded. But the overall hotel is not up ro part. This supposedly be a newly hotel but it just old building. With rude staff member no customer service.
一切都如我所愿,没什么可抱怨的,除了我没赢到什么钱。我不是赌徒,但总得试试看嘛。我是出差住在这里的,要是酒店里能有更多餐饮选择就好了,因为我们更倾向于不出门用餐。未来还会选择住在这里。
每间房每晚的度假费令人吃惊。尤其是现在你得到的只是******。游泳池仍在建设中。
