Was woken up at 8 in the morning by some men fixing the door to room next to us. They were also speaking loud. They could’ve waited for later on in the day to fix it.

Everything was ok. Didn't like not being able to take a personal beverage from my room on to the camino floor, also still haven't received my security refund its been more than a week ago

Vending machine on 5th Floor didn’t provide the candy bar I purchased. Front desk Manager said he couldn’t facilitate a refund.

The hotel and room was great! Very clean, spacious, comfortable bed, and awesome shower with nice shower seat. Our main complaint was staff friendliness on the ****** floor. There were a few very friendly staff members but the majority of them weren’t and acted bothered when asked simple questions and not very helpful. No self serve drink stations available so you have to wait on someone to come around and ask if you’d like drink. You can also order drinks from the panel on your machine but plan on staying at that machine for at least 30 minutes before you get your drink. I would give the hotel part and rooms 5 stars

The room was really nice. The staff were friendly. The rates were reasonable except for the surprise “resort fee” that seems like a scam. Additionally, hotel guests should have their own parking section that is secured. You force your guests to leave licensed firearms in their vehicle, which is not safe.

I didn’t have breakfast, but everyone encountered was top notch! Staff has a professional yet friendly attitude. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Super pleased with the stay.
