Great air conditioning, clean and comfortable
After a very hot day in the city to come back to a clean room with air conditioning was wonderful, it helped towards a good nights sleep, bed comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace overlooking fields . Found the staff helpful and friendly.

Very nice
This was a nice hotel in lovely surroundings that was good for the night, as we were traveling. I would say that the dining options were limited, and drink prices were like central London.

我提前到达，还没到办理入住的时间，但是前台的小姐姐人很好，很乐意提前帮我办理了入住。
工作人员很友善。楼下外翼的房间晚上有点吵，因为我楼上有个失眠症患者，我睡觉很轻，每个动作都能听得清清楚楚。第二天早上，我的淋浴水温调到最低，不过有人好心地带我去了里面的豪华房间。这些房间简直太棒了。非常安静，而且面积大得多。
在我看来，级别很低，算不上四星。复活节期间住了三晚。我的单人间不在主楼，他们叫马车房，浴室漏水，散发着一种我不知道是什么原因的臭味……我告诉了前台，他们非常抱歉。我带我看了楼上的另一个房间，没有窗户，只有一个被鸟粪盖住的天窗。马车房似乎对此毫不在意。最后我被安排到了一间豪华房，除了退房那天早上水管坏了，离开前用冷水洗了洗，其他都好多了，这是一家四星级酒店，非常棒。最糟糕的是，除了早餐，没有提供任何食物，可能是厨房的问题。真是个糟糕的周末。看起来是个很不错的地方，除了马车房……四星，嗯，我没感觉到。
房间状况很差，木制品大块缺失，地毯急需更换。房间里只有一个插座，而且离床很远。电视坏了，暖气和空调也坏了。房间里的便携式取暖器因为电线太短，够不着唯一的插座。马桶漏水。淋浴水温滚烫，而且无法调低。体验不佳。我为工作人员感到惋惜，因为我遇到的工作人员都很友好，乐于助人。

员工很友善，乐于助人。酒店环境优美。根据我们的经验，这家酒店潜力巨大，但还有很长的路要走。
我们住的套房需要大修——房间里弥漫着潮湿的气味，窗户涂了油漆，但我们想通风却无济于事；冰箱坏了，而且很脏；水槽漏水；冷水龙头几乎打不开；浴缸后面有漏水的迹象（因此我们没打算用）；一侧的厚厚的密封胶粘了一半；一个柜子的油漆也剥落了。空调似乎也坏了，但考虑到其他情况，我们就没再追究了。周末没有厨师——我们本来希望酒店能提供美味的食物，所以这很遗憾——但工作人员很乐意为我们在酒店外带提供餐盘和餐具，酒吧也营业到很晚。第二天的早餐是自助餐，但完全不值得——真是艰难的时期，连咖啡都不好喝。
