设施:设施齐全,每一个小时有免费到塔克西姆广场的穿梭车,距离塔克西姆广场也很近,地理位置优越
卫生:干净整洁
环境:晚上十分安静,治安良好
需要注意的是酒店严格要求2店以后办理入住
总体来说是十分优秀的酒店,值得推荐。
这家酒店不推荐作为旅游住宿选择,首先,地理位置偏远,距离主要景点过远,每天仅打车费用就需 300 块左右;且周边环境欠佳,安全性不足 ,周边分布着 3 家轮胎修理店和 1 家加油站,酒店门前道路狭窄且坡度较大,日常出行十分不便。
其次,服务体验较差。办理入住时,前台工作人员态度冷漠、不够友好,办理效率也很低;后来办理退房时换了一位女士,态度好多了,但仍需等待 5 分钟的查房时间。
餐饮条件也不尽如人意。餐厅内苍蝇和小虫子较多,服务员似乎早已习以为常,并未及时处理;早餐以冷盘为主,口感不好;晚餐的烤肉甚至出现烤糊的情况,且上菜速度极慢 ,4 人一起点餐时,其中两人已用餐完毕,另外两人点的餐品仍未上桌。
总之,对于首次来此地旅游的游客,非常不建议选择这家酒店。其出行成本过高,远超合理的交通预算,而服务质量和设施水平仅能达到三星标准,整体性价比偏低。不推荐。
对了,他们服务员和国内一样,也要求好评,但是真的给不了,
住了3晚 第一天的垃圾袋第三天经过我各种投诉才处理。(不是不打扫而是把卫生间的垃圾袋摆在地板上 可能是服务员忘了带走) 不补充洗漱用品和瓶装水,投诉之后补充了。 第一天办入住的时候前台试图给我安排一间大床房(我们是两位男士),交涉之后给了一间连通房,可以清除听见隔壁房间讲话。 早餐算丰富的,健身房器械比较齐全。
我是从另一个皇冠假日转过来的,看地图以为离塔克西姆广场比较近,后来发现步行得1.3km;位置整体来说一般,酒店比较老,设施比较老旧,整体来说是住过最差的皇冠假日,当然价格相对最低750CNY左右,最后一句是吐槽伊斯坦布尔酒店价格的。
三星酒店。
又旧又破,设施陈旧。
亟需一次彻底翻修。
入住时给了我们一个比预订低一级的房间,第二天他们才换成了我们预订的房间。
酒店位置在一个低洼处,周围都是汽车修理厂。
早餐很单调,游泳池需要戴泳帽,而且要额外支付100里拉,土耳其浴室也关闭了。
不推荐这家酒店,这对该连锁品牌来说是个耻辱。
停车要额外收费。停车场与其说是一个像样的停车位,不如说是个破旧的仓库,一半是工地,一半是储物间。入住房间后,电视坏了,我给客房服务打电话,他们说会派技术人员过来,但根本没人来。我绝对不会再选择这家酒店了。
千万别住这家酒店!!!这根本不是什么五星级酒店,就是一个脏乱差的青旅,价格却堪比高档酒店!房间设施老旧,屋子里都是烟味,地毯上还有烟头烫的窟窿。前台坐着些学生,一个劲儿地推销五折早餐,而那位礼宾部的女士,长得就像是从事最古老行业的人!总之,千万别来这儿住!
位置:在土耳其新城区,在坡道上,免费停车自驾的话把钥匙给前台(停在加油站那里),自己停不太知道位置。公共交通的话出门左边再爬一个坡往前走20米有公交车站。
环境:酒店很老,大堂还行,房间就很一般了
设施:比较陈旧,外观和图片上差距有点大,像国内三四线城市的酒店
服务:满分💯到伊斯坦布尔第一站,checkin的时候以为护照丢了,前台小哥非常好的用土耳其语帮我打电话给租车公司找证件🪪点赞👍
早餐:基本都是冷盘,橄榄种类比较多,土耳其红茶是当地特色,可以品尝(跟外面卖的基本一样)
性价比很低,前台服务很差有色眼镜看中国人,早餐,种类很少,完全没有五星级酒店的样子,有点隔音也很差,不会再去住这个酒店了,避雷
总体而言,这是一次不错的体验。酒店应该重新检查房间的隔热效果,室内泳池的加热不足,很难使用。早餐餐具的清洁度不够,早餐食物的品质也有待提高。
