设施完善服务挺好，主动加床，顶楼bar的视野非常棒值得体验一餐。就是大厅进来各种安检有点折腾，但也表示尊重当地习惯。
非常感谢能提前3小时入住！房间的夜景尤其美。比较困惑卫生间异味，必须把洗手池下水塞子按下去，才能不散发，但这样每次真的很麻烦。因为行程计划，只能住一晚，所以就这样了。
头一晚还觉得挺好的，前台也给升级了房间，但是第二天早上准备喝水，看到换的杯子脏成这样，真的就是太败好感，有点恶心😷怎么可能在这种酒店里拿到这么脏的杯子，哎
但是有一说一，顶楼餐厅风景很好，也很好吃
卫生：干净整洁舒适
环境：房间不太大，但安排合理
服务：热情，面带微笑。当场退定金
设施：大厅明亮宽敞整洁。
的确有中餐，虽然是土尔其人做的中餐，味差些、以为老抽是沙拉酱😅。但他们试着做了中餐。为他们这一友好的尝试点赞。
喜欢当地各种菜蔬。各种面包（不是指点心）很好吃。咸口的都很好吃。甜的也是是微甜。好吃。建议试试
绝美景观（特定房型支持），完全可以在酒店体验最佳的海峡景观。完美的景观。
酒店整体设施比较老旧，相对奢华酒店而言差了两个档次。
我们在这家很棒的酒店度过了一次完美的住宿体验！我喜欢它的地理位置——地处中心，周围环绕着公园绿地，但又丝毫不拥挤。对于带孩子的家庭来说，这里真是个绝佳的选择。如果您打算乘坐渡轮，这里也是个完美的出发点，渡轮是探索伊斯坦布尔既快捷又浪漫的方式！
特别感谢大厨 Murat，他非常友善和敬业，即使在最忙碌的日子里，也尽力确保每位客人都拥有美妙的体验。他做的土耳其炒蛋（Menemen）和班尼迪克蛋（Egg Benedict）都非常美味！❤️
还要特别感谢泳池餐厅的 Rabia，她送给我们儿子一个蜘蛛侠手链，让他开心极了！即便过了一周，这手链依然是他的心爱之物。😂 我们祝愿她幸福快乐，一切顺利！❤️🎈

服务有点差，卫生间洗手池用起来很不方便，花洒水流也很小。除此之外，其他都挺棒的。
