Communication at the front desk was poor. It took a long time to check in and the the staff failed to mention that the shuttle will not drop off at the terminal but only at the train station. This lack of information resulted in a difficult arrival requiring multiple elevators, a crowded train ride and a very long walk to check in. The front desk did point at a sheet of paper that explained the situation, but unless one was looking for it, it was difficult to see. Problems would have been avoided if this fact would have been mentioned at check and shuttle reservation.

A fine stay if you're going to the airport
Very clean and refreshingly nice personnel! Excellent location with included shuttle service to the airport. Not much regarding dining options in the area (Waffle House) - but a very good value overall. And, the nice folks enhanced the stay a great deal. Decent coffee. Mattress felt a bit bumpy/worn, but linens were very nice.

Close to interstate but not loud inside. Front attendant wasn’t rude but not overly friendly or welcoming. Pool was clean, hot tub looked like algae but maybe not- I didn’t chance it. Waffle House in the same parking lot. A business park/industrial area, close to colleges too. Overall I’d stay again.

It wasn’t a horrible stay, it was rather good. But when a hotel says they will clean your room every other day, I expect that. They did not. I had to ask for this to be done. And then the toilet broke and then backed up. It was fixed same day I called though, so yay for that. Very clean hotel otherwise and the people were nice. I’d use them again.
